Although they responded to each of my emails and item finally arrived. I was annoyed because of how long the order took I ordered on 23rd March 2020 and it took 2 weeks before item was dispatched and was supposed to be abled to be tracked I only got the details after moaning that's the tracking details they gave me for Russian courier were wrong and was not working after moaning they gave me the right tracking details also thought as site suggested that the item was coming via courier from Russia but in fact it was from china and it was flown over here to the uk and delivered so why did this 6 and a half weeks to get here when I asked that question they could not give a straight answer I will not buy again because even though the product seems ok just how much money in interest are they making in monies you and all customers order before they deside to send it, plus I was lucky there are numerous customers who have never received there items if you want to order check feed back from other customers feedbacks first to help you decide also I thought they were based in central Europe but it's actually santa cruz in tenerife p.s. item was not well packaged just put in a jiffy bag how it arrived undamaged was a miracle the jiffy bag itself was in a right state

Como otra persona que he visto, yo también me compré el reloj E20. Lo compré el 6 de abril y me llegó el pasado día 14 de mayo. Pues bien, te pone que el reloj tiene una autonomía de 5 a 10 días en actividad y hasta 30 en standby. Yo lo cargué al 100% la bateria, y sin siquiera tenerlo puesto, la batería se acaba en 2 días.
Por otro lado, si quieres contactar con Adogadgets, es prácticamente imposible. O por correo, o nada, y si te contestan, es al día siguiente y sin aclararte ni darte ninguna solución a tu problema. Si pones una opinión mala en su web, ni la ponen, sólo salen las que tienen buena nota.

I ordered a watch from this company in February of this year.Over three months on I still have not received my goods.
I have written to Adogadgets innumerable times and they have come up with excuse after excuse, mainly that it is stuck in China due to Covid19. They have refused to refund me. I have explained I am a 73 year old man with limited funds and wanted to use the medical monitoring aspects of the watch but they continue to refuse me a refund.
What is galling is the fact they have these watches for sale on their website today, and as I am on their website I still receive mailings from them advertising availability of the watch they refuse to refund me for and for which I am still waiting for over three months after I ordered it.
Truly shameful company!

Compre el relog E20 el 8 de abril, y aún no lo he recibido, mas de un mes despues y tras sucesivos email no recibo respuestas concretas, culpan a la pandemia,no recomiendo la compra en esta empresa.

Purchased E29 Smartwatch from this Company on 14/4/20. Delivery was 27th. Watch is as described and functions beautifully. Very pleased with purchase and at an advantageous price. Cannot fault the service.
