NEVER buy something from adogadgets. They will react on your claim but never will give refund. They talk about guarantee in their terms of service but be sure: your money is GONE....

NOOIT iets kopen bij deze oplichters. Horloge aangeschaft, leek goed op de foto's, maar gewoon Chinese troep. Gegarandeerd je geld weg! Garantie wordt genoemd op de website maar als je claimt kun je dat wel vergeten.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought! It truly is a scam. Six weeks after my money left my bank account my L11 arrived. The watch looked a good buy and initially functioned well although some of the data seemed a bit suspect. Two months down the road, the watch would reset at anytime without any selection and today it has decided to switch off completely. Reading through the Anglo Chinese gobbledygook that passes as a manual, it appears that the warranty is a myth - the last signatory page cannot possibly be completed. I was a prat (although somewhat misguided) to have bought what turned out to be a piece of Chinese crap that has a life span of two months (supported by many of the previous reviews) and that is the only guarantee you have!!

Son unos estafadores, solicite el reloj smart watch x1, y he recibido uno de los chinos sin cargador y que no vale ni para dar la hora, que vale menos de 10€.
me han pedido con el engaño del 50% 49,99€, y ha llegado tarde y como he dicho anteriormente uno diferente al solicitado y de muy baja calidad

Yo he pagado un reloj e20 y no lo recibí en su momento asi que me llegó tarde y lo he devuelto y hasta ahora no me devolvieron mi dinero eso hace desde julio un ayuda por favor me piden el número de la devolución y no se el nombre de la empresa que ha traido el paquetes estoy en Madrid algún sabe en nombre de la empresa

Got this watch as a gift stopped working within 1 week asked for a refund and they did everything not give back the money. They asked me to ship back the watch but did not guarantee a refund. Then they told me they would give us a discount which they never did it also. No support do not waste your money this watch is useless.

Leo comentarios y también tengo la misma experiencia, el reloj no funciona y no devuelven el dinero dentro de los 14 días. Piden test sobre test para estafar al final.
Se tendría que denunciar!!. En fin tonto se hace una vez, no habrá una segunda vez, pero tendrían que parar los pies a estos estafadores

El producto tarda en llegar y luego es defectuoso.

Os voy a contar mi caso, es de libro. Resulta que compré un rejoj E20 a Adogadjet contra reembolso. Incluso me llamaron para ofrecerme 1 año mas de garantía por 10€ adicionales y les dije que sí. El día que recibiría el pedido no estaba en casa pero dejé el dinero para que lo pagaran, en total 109,98.
Llegó el transportista y dijo que el envío era sin pago al recibirlo, así que la persona a la que se lo encargué no lo pagó.
Ese mismo día y al día siguiente por la mañana les estuve llamando por teléfono pero no me atendieron las llamadas. Ya había descubierto yo que no era un E20 sino un E11 que, además, no funcionaba.
Cuando se dieron cuenta de la equivocación (suya, no de la empresa de transportes porque si no se la hubieran reclamado a ellos) me enviaron un correo electrónico dándome un número de cuenta para que les hiciera transferencia a su banco.
Yo les contesté que no, que me vendieron un E20 y yo recibí un E11, que además no funcionaba. Les dije que dejábamos las cosas así porque me habían querido estafar y les salió el tiro por la culata.
Posteriormente no me llama la señorita, me llama otro que imagino que es la cabeza pensante de la estafa y le comento lo ocurrido y me pide que le haga la devolución. Yo le dije que no me iba a gastar dinero para reenviar una estafa que no funcionaba y que dejáramos las cosas como estaban, porque estaba dispuesto a ir a la policía a denunciarles por su forma de proceder.
Él me comentó que se lo diría a su supervisor pero, hasta hoy, no he recibido ninguna llamada de nadie, Y me quedé con algo que no funciona pero que no pueden enviar a otro para estafarle.

He comprado el reloj E20 Smart Wear y a los 40 días
ha dejado de funcionar, me he puesto en contacto por email con MARTA FERNANDEZ
me indican lo siguiente:
Lamento mucho informarle que han pasado más de 30 días desde que recibió el producto. No sabemos cómo se usó.
Por mucho que quiera procesar su solicitud para reenviar o reembolsar el artículo, realmente no puedo. Por favor, comprenda también que tenemos nuestras propias políticas de empresa que también debemos observar.
Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda haberle causado.

Bought e20 smart watches, both stoped working after 2 months, told no warranty when emailed them.Watch arrived within the stated time, but still it was a long wait. The blurb states that it is made in Europe and that's a lie, it's made in China and comes from China. The instructions are in terrible English (do these people have any intelligence?) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Je viens d’acheter une montre adogadgets ep20 qu’il est possible de retourner dans les 30 jours
Produit défectueux : a un moment de la journée la montre se déconnecte se remet à zéro et change de configuration d’écran et de date! Un robot ou une débile a passé son temps à réclamer une vidéo du dysfonctionnement de la montre soi disant les photos ne sont pas une preuve
Par ailleurs ils la vendent 99€ alors que chez plein d’autres fournisseurs elle est à 40€
J’ai acheté depuis une montre yamay à 44€ fonctionne très bien plus discrète et très fiable
Ne vous faites pas avoir
Ça mériterait que nous fassions une action collective contre ces voleurs

I should have checked out Trustpilot first.
The watch arrived within the stated time, but still it was a long wait. The blurb states that it is made in Europe and that's a lie, it's made in China and comes from China. The instructions are in terrible English (do these people have any intelligence?) I suspect that the watch had been used previously because it was almost fully charged and there was no protective plastic even though that was indicated.
My main reason for purchasing was for the BP and ECG monitor. Well, I can tell you that the BP monitor is useless as it by far increased my actual BP. Also, the watch cannot be read in sunlight. If you wish to store data of a reading on the watch and it is too little the watch reads litter and not little. What is the difficulty! Also, the first day of use saw it freeze and I had to put it on charge to reset it.
So, a somewhat expensive smartwatch that I would like to return but won't be returning because their answer to my email was I had to make a video of the fault, but of course I couldn't replicate the original problem, so that was that. Anyway, If I did return they charge for the original posting out to me and, B: after reading all the negative reviews I don't trust them. In the end I sold it on eBay for £60.
Lastly, I will be avoiding all Chinese products from now on for reasons most will understand.

Smartwatch E20 gekocht. Na ontvangst direct willen retourneren. Kreeg direct een voorstel voor 25% korting. Toen ik weigerde een ander voorstel, 35 % korting. Ondertussen uitgevonden dat retourneren naar China duurder is dan het voorstel te accepteren. Na een paar dagen het horloge in gebruik te hebben constateerde ik dat het niet goed werkt. Heel veel gemaild. Telkens netjes antwoord maar men valt in herhaling en gaat net zolang door totdat je de handdoek in de ring gooit. Waardeloos bedrijf.

Buenos días. Doy una estrella por no poder dar menos. Al final, a mi personalmente he conseguido la devolución, después de denuncia en la OMIC. Compre y pagué el 12 de marzo un reloj que no recibi. Después de 4 meses de reclamaciones he conseguido la devolución de esta empresa de indeseables. La única cosa que entienden es la denuncia. Yo presento también denuncia judicial, y a raíz de ello han hecho la devolución. Aconsejo hacerlo pues es sencillo, y por ser importes pequeños, no es preciso abogado ni procurador. De esta manera espero consigamos que no compre nadie en esta empresa y la cierren judicialmente. Haber si lo conseguimos.

Confirmo que es una página de estafadores. He recibido un producto averiado y ni devuelven el dinero ni me sustituyen el pedido
