Adjust Massage Recensioni

First time at Adjust West Bridgford booked an appointment due to a back problem. Appointment was with Gem who I was very impressed by she took time to discuss my issues and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend Gem, before leaving booked a second appointment.

The Indian Head Massage was amazing and Christine was extremely professional and very friendly. Highly recommended. I will definitely be attending for more.

Had an absolutely brilliant massage from Christine, she was so friendly and welcoming, as well as fantastic at what she does! 100% recommend - my problem areas are already feeling improved after just one deep tissue massage

Great massage, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend Christine

Christine the massage therapist was very kind, thoughtful and considerate. She explained the massage techniques and made me feel settled and comfortable. Christine was skilled in her techniques. I felt great benefit from the massage particularly as I have a history of neck issues. Christine's massage techniques were excellent and were very helpful in making me feel relaxed. I will definitely be returning for another massage. Thank you 😊

Booked in for a pregnancy massage, my original masseuse was unwell so the day before I contacted and booked under a new therapist for a little later on the same day as my original appointment. Christine was brilliant, she took the time to understand what I needed and it was an hour of total me time. I enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed after it, I've booked again for 3 weeks time! My treat to myself for the last few months of pregnancy.

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Martin was very attentive and experienced in helping sort with my stiff neck and shoulder which was giving me a constant headache. Felt the difference instantly. Highly recommended

Would definitely recommend this service to anyone

I'd had tension headaches for a while and was recommended to try Indian head massage. The treatment by Christine was exceptional and the tension on my back, shoulders, neck and head gone.

Fantastic deep tissue massage - took the time to understand my needs and I have now become a repeat client - highly recommended

After suffering with neck and shoulder pain for many years and speaking with my friend, she recommended Adjust Massage. I had a deep tissue massage with Jo and thrilled with the outcome. Jo was great, she explained everything and knew exactly where the problem was. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is suffering.

I had two lymphatic massages with Christine, both times I felt so much better immediately after the treatment. I’m so pleased with the results, and I will definitely have more sessions with Christine, as she’s very professional and kind.

My pregnancy massage with Christine was amazing! It was so relaxing. She focused on all the problem areas to help with the aches and pains in pregnancy and even included a lymphatic drainage massage for my face. Would highly recommend!
