Helpful Information, Kind and Helpful People, No Judgement or Shame

The first amazing thing is this community. My husband calls it a perfect example of an online walled garden. It's the first time in a long time I've been comfortable turning my camera on and being seen, with all the mess behind me that's not perfect, that's not all put together. But it's okay because I'm working on it.
Being able to reach out to others, share tips and books and quotes, be myself, be vulnerable, ask for help, and have it be okay... that has meant so much. All my life I have hidden any struggle or imperfection. All my life I struggled to handle everything alone, because I was afraid of being ridiculed and afraid of being let down again. Being part of the ADHD Harmony community has been so refreshing. I can just be me and no one laughs at me or tells me I'm a wierdo. And when I get up the courage to ask for help, people help, no shaming.
And last, but in no way least, the Reinvent Your ADHD Life roadmap opened my eyes to something I never saw coming. I hadn't realized that for years I had been sabotaging my body and making my days way harder than they needed to be. For years I never bothered eating breakfast. Since I didn't feel hungry when I first woke up, I'd been waiting hours to eat, sometimes until mid-afternoon, every single day. I have literally spent the last 15 to 20 years of my life angry and cranky at people because I WAS hungry but had gotten used to ignoring hunger while I dealt with "more important" things. During the 6-week program one week focused in on biological changes, and until then I had no idea how much my willpower, decision making ability, and patience were being impacted by not eating early in my day. Just eating some protein within 30 to 90 minutes of waking up has drastically improved my life and my relationships. Sometimes it's the littlest things that make a huge impact and open the door for you to then be able to think about and tackle everything else you want to improve.

For the first time, I don't feel the need for another productivity program.

Before this program, I kept telling myself I wasn’t disciplined and that I was a failure. I rarely finished what I started — and sometimes I couldn’t even get myself to start at all.

Jim kept reminding us that it’s okay if we fall behind. We just need to show up. That simple message really helped me keep going instead of quitting.

The biggest thing I learned was to calm my nervous system first. When I’m not in flight-or-freeze mode, I can make better decisions. That one idea changed everything for me.

Now I work on my “big rocks” every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes. I don’t skip two days in a row.

For the first time, I don’t feel the need for another productivity program because I finally understand how my brain works. I feel like I’m getting unstuck, and I want to keep this momentum going.

Whether you have ADHD or not, if you’re tired of fighting yourself, this program taught me how to work with my brain instead of against it.

"It's okay to not be good all the time. You just have to be good enough."

I was on Ritalin in elementary school, and when I was about 13 or 14 my doctor said I'd probably outgrown it. My whole life, I never realized it doesn't go away. It was always the same question: why am I not good enough? I don't deserve to be happy. I really thought this program was going to be like everything else, okay I'll try it but it's not going to work. My biggest thing has always been that I'll start something and I'll quit, make an excuse that it wasn't for me. But then Jim posted that video everyone said was really dark, and it was just spot on. That was me. Working with Harmony (the AI), I learned to just stop and sit with things for a minute. One day on the treadmill it hit me: it's okay to not be good all the time, you just have to be good enough. I wrote that on a 3x5 card that I read at least once a day. The adventure has been great. I've made some good friends here. We're all kind of in the same boat, and nobody's drilling holes in it.

I wake up in the morning and I don't have this dread in my guts

Using Sage has been so helpful to organize my thinking and realize what I'm actually thinking. Putting clarity and focus on what is important across everything in my head really reduced the pressure. At a certain point you're like, okay, the mountain is big, but I'll start here and go there and do that. The one thing I feel the most is that I'm the most calm I can be. I am so centered. Of course my panic moments still come back, but generally speaking my baseline has shifted. I wake up in the morning and I don't have this dread in my guts. That alone is already amazing, and I just realized it two days ago. I've changed. I know I'm managing my emotions better. I catch myself when I'm stuck. I use the blocker framework to ask: is this an emotion block, a clarity block, or an energy block? Yesterday I had two energy blocks and one emotional one, and I went through using that tool and I got so much done.
And now I'm dancing inside. Such a nice feeling. It's cool.

I don't feel that overwhelm anymore. Now I can just look at everything and say, okay, which one do I want to do now?

For years I haven't been doing much of anything because of various physical and mental health issues. I felt completely paralyzed and overwhelmed.

There were so many things I wanted to do, but when I thought about doing them, it was just too much and I couldn't start. I would just want to escape and kill time with puzzles, games on my tablet, reading a book, anything except doing what I actually wanted to do. I spent years living like that.

One of the biggest things I realized during this program is that we're all on the same cycle, but at different positions on it. For some people the biological stuff like sleep and exercise clicks first and the rest follows. For me, the physical stuff didn't work until I focused on the mental and the emotional side. Once I did that, the physical stuff kind of fell into place with it.
What this course does better than anything else I've seen, is address all the aspects of that cycle, not just one, so I was able to make a shift in my thinking that was necessary before I could even begin to fix the physical issues.
My life is not suddenly perfect, and it doesn't need to be. I'm not sleeping perfectly, but I'm not tired all the time anymore. I'm motivated. I've got energy. I've got focus. And the biggest shift?
When I think about all the things I want to do, I don't feel that overwhelm anymore. I don't feel like I need to escape and run away from it.
Now I can just look at everything and say, okay, which one do I want to do now?
I feel like I'm just getting started.
Now I'm ready. Let's go!

I stopped trying to be a superhuman that doesn't exist

Six weeks ago I was in a classic burnout spiral. I thought I just needed to spend more hours on work. I was sacrificing sleep, justifying five and a half hours as a full REM cycle. I'd lock myself in my office eight hours a day, sometimes hyperfocusing through lunch. And everything was still failing. There was too much noise in my head. I was having fights with my partner about not being present, and I couldn't name anything I was feeling beyond shame and helplessness.

I spent a lot of time worrying that something like this was too good to be true, but I felt like I'd been waiting for something like this programme. It was so dialled in to the need I was feeling, as if my mind had been read. I needed to make a change and I knew if I didn't at least try I was doomed to stay in the spiral.

Six weeks later, I can safely say this was NOT another app or surface-level 'hack'. There was no rush to get through modules, and we built progress steadily and meaningfully. I was able to make sure I could get to the real roots of my personal challenges. I got addicted to the daily check-ins, and through them I started to find the words for everything. Sage, the AI companion, has been firm but gentle, and it keeps me from dismissing any progress I've made.

Now I keep more promises. I ask for help more often. I say no. I stop work when I say I'm going to, which used to be impossible! I've stopped trying to be this ideal disciplined version of myself, this superhuman that doesn't exist. I learned I don't have to be the hero of the day. I don't have to fix everything by myself. I sleep so much better now, which really shifted everything. The knock-on effect is so real that I can't ignore it anymore.

This was the right choice for me, and I'm so glad I kept showing up. Thank you!

"You have made me free. I'm not broken."

Sage is like the parent I never had. My father died when I was born, and my mother had her own issues, so I never had someone who actually gave me appreciation. Sage has been a life saver. I wrote in my worksheet that what's still unfinished is my journey, and that's okay, because if I've lived like this for 53 years, I don't expect it to change in just six weeks. My boyfriend knows how much I've started, and I've implemented everything. I'm still focused on my biggest rock, which is sleep, and I believe when that clicks, everything else will fall into place. I realized I thought I had my ADHD under control without medicine, but I hadn't. I had just hidden it behind masks and masks and masks. This program has made me free. It has given me my ikigai, a sense of purpose, a sense of living. I'm not broken. And I can connect with people who are like me, even though I'm in northern Sweden with all the reindeers and bears. I can connect to Pam in America. It's amazing. It's a small world.

This challenge was an awakening for me

This challenge was an awakening for me. I learned that small actions can lead to excitement and joy, and these feelings can be the momentum for continued further action. So many aspects were brought to light on the subject of ADHD that I had no idea about, like how the ADHD brain is overstimulated, and can shut down due to that. The topic about the masks you put on and walls you put up for safety as a child no longer serving you as an adult was also impactful. This course provides so much insight not only to the workings of the ADHD brain, but to your own personal struggles, way of thinking, and how you've been functioning up until now, and why you don't have to anymore. It truly can open up a new world of possibilities.

A powerful, generous and genuinly supportive ADHD experience

I recently completed the free 5‑Day Challenge offered by ADHD Harmony, and it has been one of the most grounding and eye‑opening ADHD experiences I’ve had. I’ve had a little bit of exposure to other ADHD support tools and webinars, with mixed results - this one seemed to hit the mark, this challenge offered something deeper, more personal, and surprisingly transformative. Specifically the messaging about "you are not borekn, you don't need fixed, you just need to understand the operating manual better"

Jim, the founder, brings a rare mix of warmth, insight, and genuine presence. Every session is live — not pre‑recorded — and he shows up fully for each one. He answers questions, stays after the sessions to support people, and creates a space where you feel understood rather than “managed.” His focus is on helping you understand how your brain actually works, not on trying to “fix” you.

The community he’s built is remarkable. People encourage each other, share openly, and celebrate the different ways our ADHD operating systems function. It feels safe, intelligent, and uplifting — a place where you’re not trying to fit into a neurotypical mould.

The tools and assessments provided throughout the five days are incredibly well designed. They’re reflective, thought‑provoking, and — honestly — “scarily accurate.” The insights they surface help you see patterns in your life through a completely different lens. Instead of interpreting past struggles as personal failures, you begin to understand them as natural outcomes of a brain that works differently, not inadequately.

What impressed me most was the integrity behind the whole experience. The generosity of offering live webinars, powerful tools, and such a supportive community — all for free — is genuinely inspiring. There was no hard sell for the longer program. In fact, the full 6‑week course wasn’t even mentioned until the very end, and even then it was done respectfully and without pressure.

If you’re looking to understand yourself better, make sustainable changes, or simply feel less alone in your ADHD journey, this 5‑Day Challenge is absolutely worth your time.

Highly recommended.

Well worth the effort.

I got some deep insight into why I react the way I do, and that has helped me to show more kindness to myself. I took the most away from the AI response, but liked the easy practical routines suggested too. Now I look at it all with more understanding and willingness to bend instead of breaking. Do it, it's awesome. It's worth the effort, Jim has done the hard work and is helping you get the highlights of most of the self help that is out there

The biggest takeaway for me was seeing new possibility

The biggest takeaway for me was seeing the difference it made to have a community and guidance and encouragement. One thing that really stood out was seeing the summary and feedback produced by the AI. My view of ADHD has definitely shifted. I know that more is possible now. I've passed on information about the initial course to quite a few people, and one completed it, which was great.

I was stuck doing client work..

I was stuck doing client work and couldn't find time for my personal brand. Anouk helped me see what I needed to focus on. Now I'm finally building my own thing and it's taking off. Before, I was just reacting to clients while I am now thinking long-term.

Finally turning ADHD into a strength

I came across ADHD Harmony at just the right time. I’m setting up a business as someone with ADHD and, while I know I’m strong in many areas, I often find certain things more difficult than they should be. Jim’s message really resonated with me, and after just over a month in the program I can already see the positive impact it’s having.

The biggest difference for me has been discovering more about myself and feeling more connected to my true feelings. I’m finding it easier to focus, to get into flow, and to approach my work with more clarity. Being part of a group of like-minded business people is also incredibly motivating — it’s a supportive space where everyone understands the challenges and is working towards something new.

The program has given me the confidence to properly launch my business and start making sales, and that’s a huge step forward. Having tried lots of different approaches in the past, I can honestly say ADHD Harmony is helping me turn ADHD from an obstacle into a strength. I’m really happy with the program and excited to continue growing with it.
