IT is now Sept 19 - and we are still waiting on Jerseys ordered in the first week of august
Adding to this review - we ordered 12 jerseys on August 7 and received them Oct 3 - far cry from the two week turnaround they claim on their website

We are very sorry about the delay and understand the frustration; however, we feel that we have clearly messaged the fact that there would be delays throughout the process. As you probably know, our factory moved from Michigan to Florida in late July and early August. From the website banner to the initial order, to the continuous updates; our team has done a great job of being upfront about the realistic turnaround time. Unexpected events like Hurricane Ian and electricity issues did push those dates back a few days—but our production team has been working 7 days a week to catch up and deliver the high-quality products that we promise. We will soon be back to the industry leading turnaround time that our customers know and love—but the transition has presented challenges that we are working through. We will continue to be very clear with our customers on turnaround time until then.

After speaking with someone at the company my order was completed and is being shipped to me. I appreciate the kindness from the employees who reached out and got my issue solved. These are very great people.

I would never pay this company one more…
I would never pay this company one more dollar. I paid them over $300 for several shirts and hoodies. I never received them. Fed ex said they delivered them but I never got them and the owner basically said sorry we sent them file a homeowners claim. This company is confused on what fulfilling an order means!!

This issue is very unfortunate and frustrating—but as we have discussed; what happened was completely out of our control. Your issue lies with the delivery system or porch theft. We did everything we could to get the order to you, and the delivery system has told us multiple times they delivered the package. FedEx informed us they even sent the delivery man to the address again to confirm he did not mix up the location. Because of that, we unfortunately have no control over the situation, and it is why we suggested to file a homeowners claim. Luckily, as you know, your money was returned which is the silver lining. We know this was a frustrating situation for you—it was for us as well, but again, our business is not to blame for this issue. We hope that you understand this from our point of view.

Solid experience with an Addix-hosted team store
We've ordered from Addix several times previously and have always been happy.
This recent instance we had an issue with just one of the many items we ordered from our team's store. Specifically, the warm-up pants weren't lined with fleece, which we assumed would be the case. But the team at Addix got back to us and worked to resolve the issue. All other items were great!
I want to thank Hayden for getting back to us and bearing with us. In the end, we're happy and look forward to next season's order of customs jerseys and team gear (e.g., shirts, shorts).

Ordered a singlet a week from Christmas…
Ordered a singlet a week from Christmas and contacted the support team to see if they could get it to me in time for Christmas. The support team was very helpful and went above and beyond by overnighting the singlet to me. My son was excited to receive this gift for Christmas! Thank you Addix!! Great quality and even better customer service!! A+++

High School Bowling Jerseys
I was working with Bowlifi to get my HS bowling team jerseys. It's been over a week and they still are not on order. Another coach suggested we use you. I emailed this morning to check you guys out, and not only are they on order but the invoice is paid. Hayden and I accomplished more in 5 hours than Bowlifi did in 7 days. He has been AMAZING to work with. Walked me through everything and had quick responses to all my crazy questions. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate everything that Hayden has done today. It has taken a huge weight off of my shoulders. I love your process. It was quick and simple. I have been coaching for 15 years (multiple sports) and I have never worked with an apparel company that is even remotely as thorough, communicative, and friendly as you all are. I cant wait to see the final product. Our team is gonna look sharp!! Thank you again and please call me if you have any questions or comments.

Quality looks good. I was under the impression they were already made so was not to happy about turn around time. Other then that is good.

Our standard turn time has traditionally been 6 days from payment to delivery but the supply chain has been incredibly unpredictable these past several months.
