Jill is, by far, the best person I have ever worked with at Addix. She responds quickly and efficiently!

My first experience with Addix was a little over 4 years ago when my son didn't want the boring school singlet he wanted something cool, I was put in touch with Addix and they created a custom singlet and the graphics and material has stayed in tact, no holes, no pilling, not stretched out 4 years later! The only reason I need another one is because my son finally grew, but he still wants the same design! If you want quality products and quality service, look no further this company excels in both!

I absolutely LOVE working with the people at Great Atlantic Outfitters, that’s now a part of Addix Sportswear!! Bob and his team are so helpful and do more than just print your items. They proofread (and caught an error for me, saved me hundreds!), give suggestions and can edit your logos some so you don’t have to keep going back to your designer. I 100% recommend them!!

Let me start by saying this is my first negative review of any company; I understand there might be bumps in the road, but when you plan on uprooting an entire business to another state, you need to have a plan of action. I have been ordering uniforms and apparel for over 20 years, and the leadership team and sales associates are subpar. Most have been fired or let go for not reviewing orders and communication. Our Academy has placed numerous orders with this company and spent thousands of dollars over the past 3 years, and all I can say is they have lost a valued customer.
Do your due diligence. Look into other companies that value their customers' time and timelines!

I submitted an order back in Aug for my son to get his jersey. It is now the end of October and I still have not received my son's jersey. I emailed multiple times in which a couple of them was just an automated reply, then the other I got a response asking for my sons team in which I immediately replied and then I never got a response. The other reply I received was her excuse herself because she had been out on sick leave. Again.... I submitted this order in Aug... it's not the end of October and still no Jersey or reply with an explanation or update on my order. I no longer want the jersey and would like a full refund since by the time I DO get it... it will be too late because the season would have ended by then.

I'm currently the President of the Florida Lure Anglers and we have been getting our embroidered hats through Great Atlantic Outfitters in Jacksonville, FL and the quality of the products from these guys is awesome. Hold well under the Florida Sun and haven't any issues with the hats. Great gear that can handle all day in the great outdoors Definitely recommend the Addix Sportswear product

We send a lot of orders to Great Atlantic. They always do a fantastic job of printing, and they do their best to accommodate some of our more unusual orders.

I ordered our school shirts through Addix and the customer service has been amazing. The response time is fantastic and always very professional and courteous.

Our jerseys rock! Hayden was a pleasure to work with and the final product turned out great. Even though we hoped for sooner turnaround time, Hayden explained that moving their HQ had them a little backed up, so he kept us in the loop and allowed us time to plan for it. Great work by him.
Overall this company seems like total pros at what they do.

Addix/Great Atlantic Outfitters produces great quality items. We love our account representative Teresa who does her absolute best to provide up to date and correct information and she is always available to assist with a smile. However, beware that deadlines are merely guidelines and are often missed with no warning. They have struggled since the pandemic to keep schedules and at times have seen quality lapses – they are under new management in 2022 and we are excited to see how they will continue to improve

I ordered two Nike Shirts for my grandson had them put our favorite saying on the shirt with a football! Came out better than i had imaged. The Quality was great and the Customer Service was EXCELLENT!

What a joke. Wrecked kids football season! Do not use this company.........
