Addison Ross Recensioni

Really good service, they expedited my order for me to help with a late gift

I wanted to buy more of your enamel frames. I could not find them on your website so I sent a message. Replay was very prompt with easy advice to follow allowing my order to be placed. The frames arrived within two days

Received the lacquer box and a small tray. The products are beautiful. However, there was a small imperfection on the box and the lid sat slightly askew. Unfortunately the box could not be replaced as out of stock, full refund provided.

From ordering to delivery the service was very quick. Excellent packaging that was very aesthetic, so much so I wrapped it the box with the gift inside. Very pleased with the photo frame I ordered, which was a wedding present.

Super speedy deliver, wonderful frames to a good price. Very happy with these beautiful frames!

I wanted to order a special photo frame. I needed advice on true colour.

My experience was relevant to replacement of Enamel silver photo frames.

I approached Addison Ross with details of relevant problem of said items, accompanied by pictures. I hoped to receive a positive response under the advertised warranty. It was pleasing to receive an extremely prompt reply advising that replacements would be supplied. Replacements were received after a matter of days.

Excellent after sales service which ensures that I'd have no hesitation in purchasing again from this company when required.

Suffice to say I highly recommend Addison Ross

Very prompt delivery of 4 photo frames. Small error in that incorrect photos were sent but this was rectified within 48hours. Excellent and prompt communication with rapid delivery via DHL. Good quality products at a fair price. Would certainly recommend this retailer.retai
