Slow process and clunky systems
Kieran was very helpful but the wider team and mortgage offer progression was slow, I was asked for the same documents multiple times because the system they use (which is their updated system) is not fit for purpose

Exceptional Support and Compassionate Service

Most would have given up but Mick was outstanding
