I would definitely recommend Active Life Cover. I had lots of problems with other companies who would not provide me with life insurance, but I am happy to say that I am now covered by Vitality. James White was my advisor and he was brilliant. Always very polite, helpful and accommodating and he was never pushy if I was unable to speak at a given time. Thank you, James, for all of your help!

Absolutely great dealing with Lloyd Tucker, made it really easy to set up the life insurance and talked me through everything, ended out with more cover for the price I wanted. Would really recommend these guys!!!! :)

Trying to sort out a life insurance deal has been made simple and stress free with the great service from Penny.
Everything was explained and transparent.
Couldn't fault the level of service I've received, even when due to family illness I wasn't always available, Penny was very understanding and patient.

My advisor, Jack, was really helpful and talked things through in plain and simple English. He was happy to answer any questions I had. And I signed on the dotted line believing I have the best available deal.

I was just shopping around, trying to find the best price for my mortgage insurance, so I told the gentleman from Active Life Cover customer service that I wasn't going to buy anything straight away and needed to do some more research. As it happened, I found a cheaper offer with another insurance broker, and so I told the gentleman when he phoned me back (as requested) a couple of weeks later. He actually shouted at me for daring to check other offers and wasting his time. He falsely claimed that the original quote he had given me was at a lower price, and he said he had sent an email detailing that which I never received. I'm happy I didn't go with this insurance broker as it has very poor customer service that doesn't encourage trust.

Just bought a life assurance policy.

and explained everything very clearly and found me the policy at the amount I wanted to pay.
