My prospected policy was dealt with by a man called Jack Smith. Jack was professional but friendly and put me under no pressure. Explained everything clearly and had the time and patience to answer any questions I put to him. Would be a great value to anybody that needs a service of this kind.

I spoke to James yesterday to get a quote matching with my existing insurance which i’m not been happy of for a while. James deliver a good quote with lots of offers & benefits to gain from the new insurance policy. I took one right away.

Call handler was a human being and didn’t just talk in sales speak, the signal was lost several times during the call and the Tracey was very patient and kept calling me back. The premium was higher than I wanted and she looked for a way to reduce. She explained everything and gave me confidence in the product I purchased
