Top class mechanic
Very good indeed. I had overtightened a bolt holding the saddle stem to the frame and sheared the bolt head off. I could not find a cycle mechanic who would drill the thread out. The mechanic at Activ did this without any fuss. I am very grateful. Highly recommended.

A good company to deal with
Purchase two items of Ralph’s clothing. Great price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the items as they did not fit. No quibble return and prompt refund. A pleasurable company to deal with.

New electric step through bike
Service from my first telephone enquiry was excellent.
Very knowledgeable about products, , very quick and personable response on the phone.
Personally delivered my bike and took time to adjust it and make it comfortable for me.
Would definitely recommend them.
We don’t live near the shop but would make the trip to visit them for bike service as trust their work.
