I would have given 5 stars but I keep getting too many emails saying I haven’t ordered recently for Merz. If I want to order I will do it I don’t need almost daily emails prompting me to.

It has taken a long time to get the account running, delivery was on the wrong day or missed even though we were there. We get way too many email both admin but also sales. I am sure it will be sorted but not great right now.

I now only use ACRE…
I've been really impressed with ACRE Pharmacy. Their website is easy to use, ordering prescriptions is quick and straightforward, and on the few occasions I've needed to contact customer services, they've been friendly, helpful and efficient. The whole process has been so much simpler than my previous provider that I've now switched all of my prescription ordering to ACRE. Highly recommended!
