Communication was lacking but when it arrived it was great and did what I needed. Tracking would have helped or even an email to say it was posted etc. Need more positive posts up your game on communication and tracking

One best customer services I've ever had will be using again products top quality AC running better then does with store refills plus oil inside to protect ac And big saving saved £50 from getting from these guys much recommended A++++++
