Absolutely cannot fault the staff and product at this business! From the start it was outstanding. The owner, the woman we dealt with on the phone and the installer, were all so helpful and very kind. They gave us great advice and listened to what we needed (under our slightly stressful circumstances). The chair is perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

From job quote to installation was a very easy process.

We needed a stairlift installed urgently due to my wife’s rapid deterioration in her ability to use the stairs to the bedroom.
Two companies were approached for advice, site visit and quotation. Acorn Lifts were willing to very quickly visit our house, discuss our requirements and provide a quote . The stairlift was installed 7 days later.
We are very impressed with the design, quality of product, professional installation and service.

From the prompt response and Site visit from John 'the Surveyor', who arrived on a set time/day and did the onsite survey of what was needed and how the installation would be executed. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process from start to finish and options to consider. Another John 'the Technician' arrived on agreed day/time. Very efficient, knowledgeable and a tidy clean installation. He didn't leave until we were given full demonstration and oversaw us riding the chair-lift. Immpecable workmanship and both polite and respectful. I would not hesitate in recommending this Company.

Really professional service from quotation to installation and then follow up check.

We received outstanding service from the Acorn team. We needed the stairlift urgently and we received an assessment within 24 hours of first contact and the system was installed and fully functional within a week of that. It is simply not possible to provide better customer service than what we received. The stairlift is working perfectly and has made an enormous difference to the well-being of my aging parents. I sent an email to Acorn on the first week of January enquiring about stairlifts for my Dad, 11 days later it was fitted. I was pleasantly surprised by the way they explained the fitting and operation to both me and my 86 year old Dad. A big thank you to Joclyn and Paul for making this process an easy one for me and my elderly parents. Than you to the installer for doing a great job and going the extra mile for us hiding the wiring under the stairs, and getting Dad used to using it in my absence.
