Had a new gas boiler and all our radiators flushed out. Paul was fantastic when he came round to do the quote, found a better solution than British Gas for the waste pipe that didn’t involve digging up our path. The two guys that came to do the work were both brilliant, very respectful, hard working and nice guys. We like to go with family businesses whenever possible and won’t find a better one than this. A great experience and would highly recommend them. We now have a toasty warm house, bills add lower and a quiet water pump. Left the house nice and tidy and quality workmanship, even changed the ballcick in the water tank as I mentioned we get drips out the overflow. 10 out of 10 from us.

I have used this company for two consecutive years for my annual gas boiler service. Appointments kept and on time, very efficient and courteous, and prompt follow-up with Safety Certificate. Also explanatory diagnosis given as what may be needed in the future. Will always use them again.

I was very impressed with the initial inspection of my Viessmann boiler by Paul for it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and so he ordered the parts, for the repair and within a couple of weeks they were fitted by Shawn who did an excellent job & got my boiler working again. Paul came to our house to di a quote for a new boiler and within a couple of weeks once the quote was accepted a new boiler was fitted. A very professional team. Very helpful from the outset. Having tried other companies with no one replying to me it was a breath of fresh air to have these guys get in touch within the hour. I needed two boiler services and gas safety certificate, this was all booked with ease. The engineer who did the job was friendly, clean and tidy and punctual. This is the second boiler fitted (in different houses) by Paul and both have been smooth and trouble free at reasonable prices. Nothing is too much for Paul and both installations have been completed stress and
free.

Had new boiler radiator and pump thermostat fitted Shaun and Jake did a great job and Paul was very helpful when he came out to assess the job highly recommended this company would use again

Paul visited our house to advise on a new boiler, he suggested a different brand of boiler to the one I suggested as the wiring to our boiler didn't suit it. The price quoted was very competitive, and the install by Shaun and Jake was problem free! A query regarding the heating of the water tank was answered afterward quickly.

Used this company to install a replacement combi boiler. Had a great experience from the initial meeting and assessment with Paul to the installation by Shaun. Paul took time to explain all the options available and what would be best for my house. Shaun arrived to start the installation at the agreed time and explained all that would be done as well as how to operate the system. At the end of the day all the debris, packaging and old parts were taken away. Definitely a company I would use again.

Our GCH boiler was replaced 14 years ago and we had everything cleaned and flushed at the time. Over last winter we noticed the heating was underperforming and a couple of rad valves needed renewing, so we sought expert advice.

Paul arrived nicely on time to have a good look at things and discuss the options to power flush and replace valves etc. Given the age of the boiler, it was decided to take the cover off to be confident it would still be fully usable for the future and there were the telltale signs of corrosion and signs of small leaks found. Paul was clear and honest about our options and we opted to completely flush the system and replace the boiler along with the other works.

Their detailed quote arrived same day and the engineer arrived just after 8:00 a.m. as promised early the next week. Work progressed well but there were unexpected problems due to a surprise blockage and airlocks when refilling. These took some time and extra bits to fix, but the engineer was competent and polite, explaining everything and he made certain it was all fully working before finally leaving somewhat later than expected.

Despite all this, there was no increased cost for all his work and Paul ensured all the guarantee documents were filed and registered with the boiler manufacturer next day.

All in All, excellent service

Once again had our annual boiler serviced by AC Heating and Gas. Arrived punctually, really informative and explained a few things I should keep an eye on over the year in relation to my heating system. I would highly recommend them for their professional approach and friendly manner

They came quickly carried out the work with no fuss.
