You can depend on ace energy we have had electrical ,plumbing and gas boiler services. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The workforce are polite and tidy when working.

We called for a plumber/heating engineer to do our annual service at Christmas time and were delighted to find Ace Energy could schedule us immediately at this busy time. They sent Liam who serviced the boiler and looked at the system as a whole. He found an installation fault the original plumber made and suggested a way to repair it to bring us up to building regs easily and at a reasonable cost. The toilet was also leaking and Ace provided another plumber to repair the seal. Jack came the next day and did the job quickly and efficiently. When a small leak developed afterwards, he returned immediately and repaired the problem. Now the heating system and the toilet are working properly and well, and we have found two competent and pleasant plumbers at a very reasonable price who can be counted on to arrive on time and to go the extra mile. We have some electrical work that we plan to do, and we will certainly call Ace for that work as well. And a special thanks to the office staff who are knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful into the bargain. Altogether a super experience!

Over the weekend, we were left without CH or hot water. Nicola in the office arranged a visit first thing on Monday. Jack worked hard and long to trace the problem, and restored heating & hot water. It was not our boiler at fault, but the inefficiency of a smart meter regulator on the external gas supply. Nicola cared enough to make a follow-up call the day after all the action, to ensure that everything was working and that the regional gas people had been to inspect the meter, which they had.

I rang first thing Monday and Ace were able to get Hugo out to me early afternoon to look at and replace a blown socket. He was very thorough, as he and the other electricians we've had in our home always are. They've been my go to for great service for quite a few years - as Arcs & Sparks and now as Ace. The clue is in the name!

Just incredibly efficient all round , from initial conversations through to installation . The guys who installed were really polite and very tidy . No long waiting for someone to pick up a call and very helpful at every turn .
