I ordered a die and mat on December 20th. It is now February 18th and it still hasn't been shipped. I have emailed back and forth with their support service and I get the standard responses of "It will be shipped soon" and other lame excuses.
The GO Bolt is the worst piece of junk I have ever had.
The customer service is just as bad. The web site is hard to navigate. I tried to get help for the cutter for almost 3 hrs. I ask for a person in charge was told there was no one, but a manager would call with in 24 to 48 hrs.

I ordered from this company after 10 pm in the evening in my time zone. The order confirmation didn’t come in until I was asleep. It was not what I wanted on the confirmation. They refuse to cancel the order. I called, I texted, I emailed. I am a senior and a first time customer and they refuse to cancel the order. I would re order what I want but they haven’t tried to help me and it is 1 in the afternoon now. Seniors beware of this company they will not work to solve the issue. They say the order was processed and loaded on a truck already. The return would be at at my expense.
