Knowing nothing about RPL, I wasn’t sure what to look for when choosing a company to get certified through. Of all the companies I contacted, Accredify was the most honest, professional and accommodating. My two sons and I signed up with Accredify and we couldn’t have picked a better organisation. Throughout the entire process they made everything easy, always answered calls and emails straight away (no matter how trivial our questions were), explained requirements clearly, stuck to their word when they said they would get back to us, tracked our progress and were so supportive as if they were attaining the RPL themselves. We paid the cost upfront and even six months later they were contacting us every week to make sure we were on track. I’m sure other companies wouldn’t have done the same. Even though we struggled to make RPL a priority as we were still working full time, Accredify made it completely achievable. A massive thank you to our amazing account manager, Rosanne, who did everything in her power to help us. We definitely chose the right company and have been so happy with the results. If you are looking to have your skills and experience recognised, Accredify is the way to go.

Pheobe and the team were really supportive during the process of obtaining my Cert 3 in Painting & Decorating. Pheobe would check in over phone and email, provide clear direction on how to close out each item and responded promptly to all queries. Would definitely recommend.

The consultant (Rosanne) and her team were absolutely helpful and informative. they assisted in clarifying the process and requirements and assisted along the way with follow up calls and emails to ensure the documents provided are matching the need. they also througout the process kept explaining the stages, process and updated me frequently.
