I must say that Rosanne was extremely professional in her approach and guided us through the process which made everything so easy and effortless. Attempting a Diploma qualification is no easy task by any means. I attempted twice before and gave up even after I had paid in full. Fortunately, on the third attempt I chose Accredify and most importantly I had Rosanne Acardi who was my greatest strength. She was consistent in her follow ups, encouragement and support. That's why I owe my achievement to Rosanne. I hope to open my childcare Centre in a years time from now.
