Absolutely fantastic company. Right from sign up. The best bit is you get to speak to an actual person face to face via teams to guide you through the whole set up process , cannot reccomend them enough Maria Philips has been wonderful. So kind and patient with me as I navigated my way around

Very successful onboarding completed on time with no significant issues encountered. Our Access PaySuite support (Maria Phillips) was extremely helpful guiding us through the process and was readily available for a team call to discuss progress and answer our queries. Everything thoroughly explained to us so we were confident about the tasks to be done.

This company is responsible for collecting payments for London Borough of Hillingdon for dropped kerb applications. I have tried to apply 5 times today and every single time when it gets to the payment method this companies page takes over the payment, stalls and then comes back with 'Service Unavailable please try later' Absolutely useless, no wonder councils are losing money when residents can't pay a bill!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Eloise, Maria and Joe who went the extra mile to help us transition from Stripe to Access Paysuite. Could not fault the service in any way. Friendly, helpful and extremely organised in every way.

Not only is this platform a great tool and very straightforward to use the support we have received during the onboarding process has been excellent. From our very first meeting Eloise Bright and Joe Ashdown have provided an excellent level of service and customer care. They have made this transition smooth and have been on hand to answer all of our questions. We also managed to have a little fun along the way! A highly recommended company and team.

After going round in circles for what seemed like ages, now I've got in touch with Bianca she's been extremely helpful and efficient and I'm finally getting somewhere with my query.

Finally had a human being to talk to who took our issue seriously and helped re-establish acces to our portals. Als took note of the really poor differentiation Access make between their products and confusing names (such as Paysuite and Pay360 being the same thing.

Excellent Service from their Direct Debit service, we use an integration through the Rest API which was really easy to set-up. All documentation is clear and straight forward steps. We normally raise Support tickets due to data migration from another company we used to have the integration with and to explore capabilities of DDCMS. Ollie Denning in Support Service (and Staff in the Support Service Team) are always giving straight forward solutions and quick replies.

Zoltan Dukai was my contact and did everything that he was able to do to help with my strange problem, in that the 2FS verification code was not coming to my mobile number. All is now rectified and I am very grateful. Thank you.

This was a daunting process with so much at stake with switching our Direct Debit partner. The fallout to any incoming payment delays was a worrying risk of switching to Access PaySuite.

Working with Jo to support us through the onboarding process quickly took away the stress and she assisted my Finance and Office Manager through the entire process, making it as painless as it could possibly be.

We're now onboarded, the payments have been coming in quicker and with less financial cost than we had with Go-Cardless. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
