I love everything arrived with…

I love everything arrived with excellent quality even with the shopping bag as if we had bought it in the store in person

But what I like the most is the customer service they always answered every question we had since my son and I had some doubts with the sizes and of course they helped us excellent service

👕Clothing/Accessories QC takes 3-5 days.

If it exceeds these times, it may be because the product sold out quickly and we need to restock, or it may be a custom-made style. Didn't ship in time

Didn't ship in time, i was speaking to someone for help and they were talking junk to him about me, responding to him but not me ( the customer ) about why my order hasn't been shipped or delivered.

They didn’t reply on questions we had…

They didn’t reply on questions we had until the shoes were delivered. We thought something was wrong due to long delivery time. But in the end we got everything!
