From the first phone call we felt like we were in good hands. The man that called round was very polite he told us a bit about the flooring as to what it may be. most companies have a standard cost but we only wanted a floor tile tested. Cost was £120 They fitted us in next day. Most other companies either did not respond to our enquiries or were so expensive.

Quick same day response on Check a Trade. Up front about pricing, £132 for 2 samples. This was the cheapest quote I received. They did not vaguely state the price + VAT, without stating what the VAT was like with other abestos companies, it was straight up £132. Booking the asbestos sample was simple, Richard's email responses were swift. The staff member on the phone was helpful and also swiftly processed my payment. I received the asbestos test certificate less than 24 hours after they took the sample!!!

Great survey and speedy response - can't fault them. Fair price quoted for work against market and happy with level of support provided both during and after survey.
