Just bad.
Order was placed at February 23th and promised delivery deadline was on February 28th - March 2nd. After waiting for order for a week, it was moved to next week. Now after almost three weeks, order still hasn't shipped from their warehouse. Customer support has been contacted and all they can reply is that they're sorry and I need to wait a little bit more.
So if you want to get your clothing on time for a vacation or other occasion, I recommend choosing other online retailer.
Update:
Now I been informed that after 21 days of waiting my package has been lost and they can't do anything about that, apart from suggesting to place a new order.

Good experience but could be easier to return
Great assortment. Products were delivered within the expected timeframe, and well packaged. The return process was made easy on the side of About you, but their carrier partner is not the most convenient as you cannot reserve the parcel locker in advance for return. I had to check several lockers before I found one that had the space to accept a package of my size. But overall, a good experience. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Order delay
Ordered twice. First order was delivered after three weeks. Second order is still not delivered since 14th of December. Lithuanian News portal Delfi published an article about delays, problems with returns, money refund issues one year ago.. Strange that it has such great reviews on Trust Pilot.
