Having just come off the phone to your Llandudno store I am in shocked to find that the person I spoke to did not know what a "rigid" wheelxchair is. She asked , "What is that?" . I explained and she went on to inform me that "They all fold!" So I hung up! Do you blame me?

We were served by a lady called Sony at Llandudno she was very helpful nothing was too much trouble her product knowledge was excellent we will definately return.

Very helpful manager and staff especially Sonya.
We bought a mobility scooter for my dad and the Llandudno shop were very helpful.
We had time to ask questions test ride and try them in our car boot. Very useful.
Service with a smile, well explained to all of us especially my dad who is hard of hearing, good information to choose the right scooter for my dad 86 yrs young.
Thanks guys very productive day and well worth our day out to explore more freedom options for my house bound dad.

Went in to the shop and being unsure of our needs asked Paul and Nigel to explain our options.
They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were delighted to get a scooter that suited our needs and budget.

we were on holiday in Llandudno , my husband needs a mobility scooter to get around ,it is one that seperates to get into boot of car .we had took it apart and tried to put it back together and got it jammed , no matter what we did it was'nt moving .After taking advice from b+b host we went to Ableworld ,we met Rob+ Paul who took the scooter and managed to release the handle and put it back together .They were absolutely brilliant ,they honestly were the kindest people we have met . My husband was then able to carry on enjoying our holiday in lovely Llandudno . Whenever we need any mobility aids ,or a new scooter , we will certainly go to this company first, because of the kindness and respect we were shown . A big big thankyou from Ian & Roz .

Hi, I went into Able world, Llandudno, to ask about bathing aids. Nigel was very helpful and passed my query on to a specialist colleague who rang me at the earliest possibility and again she was very helpful.

I have just purchased a motor scooter from Llandudno Ableworld.
I was lucky to be served to by Nigel where nothing was too much trouble. He explained in detail how to dismantle and rebuild and even put it into the boot of my car.

Called into the store in Llandudno to look at mobility scooters. Was approached by a salesperson called Nigel, who was very helpful, I already had an idea what scooter I wanted as I had been on the Internet. He pointed out the pitfalls of the one I had chosen (which was the weight of the unit). After demonstration of a few of the scooters, I chose a scooter of a lower value than my first choice. At no time did I feel pressurised into buying a more expensive unit. Nigel just gave informed feed back to my questions and he is a credit to your company

We purchased a while back a Walker for my Wife, I would just like to say that the service from Paul& Nigel was exemplary, without doubt a place where you can rely upon great customer service.

Nigel at the Llandudno store was excellent. He didn't put any pressure to buy on us. He allowed us to try out the scooters we were looking at and gave us time to discuss whether we wanted to make a purchase of not. We would highly recommend both the store and Nigel to anyone thinking of getting any variety of disabled accessories.

Excellent service when buying my power chair. Sonya went through the specifics and benefit of each chair with me with a friendly and helpful attitude, nothing was to much bother even changing the controls to left hand use. Can’t praise them enough.

Fantastic service at ableworld Llandudno. After much persuasion my Nan decided it’s time to purchase a walker. Luckily Nigel was there to help and put her mind at ease. Concerns of looking old my nan was a little reluctant, but with Nigel’s knowledge and caring friendly attitude she was able to choose a walker. Thanks to Nigel my Nan was able to walk around all the shops having a break to sit down whenever she needed. She’s walking further and stands better putting less pressure on her knee. She was like a new women. Now we can’t keep her in! Thanks Nigel for helping my Nan enjoy life again!

Would like to say a huge thank you to Nigel and the team at Ableworld Llandudno. From our initial visit to look at their selection of riser recliners the service was exceptional. We were very impressed by Nigel's willingness to go 'the extra mile', in order to source 2 chairs in the fabric we wanted from some of their other stores, and when we explained that one of our existing chairs had broken, we were so unexpectedly pleased when told that delivery would be just 48 hours later and in the style and fabric we wanted - awesome service from the whole team, including the two who delivered our chairs for their help in placing the chairs where we asked and so helpful and friendly. Thank you Nigel and team at Ableworld Llandudno.

We would like to thank and praise Sonya and Paul of the Llandudno branch, also Jenna and Vince who delivered and set up our purchase. They were all lovely, friendly and helpful making the process painless and smooth. We could not have asked for more, they are a credit to the company.

Visited Llandudno branch to look at riser chairs for my father in law. Excellent help and advice from both Nigel and Sonya without any suggestion of pushing through a sale. No pressure at all to buy, or to go for the more expensive, and lots of encouragement to try as many chairs as we wanted. We were there almost 2 hours and they never tired of us! They left us alone at times so we could discuss openly. Just excellent and father in law is thrilled with his new purchase!!!

Excellent service.
Sonya was able to identify what equipment would be beneficial for my mother and even assembled it for me.
The gentleman who was there was extremely helpful too in completing my exchange for a smaller pair of slippers.
