I can't recommend Ableworld Llandudno highly enough. I had wonderful help and customer service from Nigel who was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions aswell as giving me excellent advice. They have a great range of high quality products and I'll definitely be shopping there again as I like to see and try the products which I find a huge benefit.

My wife and I were in Llandudno last November and we had a problem with the brakes on my wife's wheelchair, we called into the Ableworld shop and a very kind assistant by the name of Nigel sorted the problem in a few minutes and refused any payment. Thank you so much for the way you dealt with our problem.

My elderly mother required an electric riser-recliner armchair, and my wife and I visited the Llandudno store in advance to view the wide range on view in their showroom. Nigel Osborn was extremely helpful in describing and demonstrating the various models, and again greeted us today when we returned with my mother. She tried the first armchair he recommended based upon our previous conversations, and immediately loved it and the help that it would offer her. Nigel was genuinely interested in her needs and went out of his way to satisfy them. He also specially arranged for next-day delivery so she doesn't have to wait too long to benefit from her new purchase. Nigel's helpful manner made this not-inconsiderable purchase an absolute pleasure.

Your Llandudno branch supplied a replacement plastic tray for my 'Drive' lightweight walker. Excellent service.

We called into Ableworld in Llandudno to see what wheelchairs were available. Nigel & Paul were superb in helping us & less than 2 hours later on New Year’s Eve rolled out of Ableworld with a very nice new wheelchair fitted with a power pack. Amazing friendly service.

I went in because the brakes on my wheelchair had worn down and needed to see about getting them fixed. I spoke with Nigel and he was a HUGE help! he swapped the brake barrels over for me (I wasn't able to do it myself) and told me how to go about getting them changed in in the future. He was so so lovely and he genuinely just wanted to help me. 10/10 :)

I've just purchased a Quickie Q 50 R from Ableworld in Llandudno. I want to thank both Paul and Sonya ( They're great!), for their invaluable advice, I wouldn't have known what to choose without it, I've got a feeling that it'll be something that I shoud've done ages ago. Many thanks.

My wheel chair broke and they asked me to bring it back. Impossible as I have zero mobility.I paid on my card and after asking for either the wheelchair or my money back 4 weeks later I am still without both. Well just had a call to say they are bringing me a brand new chair. Why it has taken so long I don’t know

We have visited the Llandudno store on a couple of occasions, the most recent visit to get some advice on a scooter purchased a couple of years ago from the same store. We can't praise the staff highly enough who were very professional in the way they dealt with us and courteous. Nigel and Rob were both there able to help us out and give the advise we needed. Well done guys, we will definitely visit again if we need anything.

Nigel was extremely patient and gave professional advice, he explained clearly all the questions we fired at him. We finally bought the Athena Mobility Scooter and are very happy with it. 10/10 Nigel

Helped my Dad fixing his wheelchair as the foot rests had broken, enter Super Rob stage left to save the day and put in new bolts on, it was good as new - saved our day out in Llandudno! Can’t recommend enough!

We were looked after by Nigel who was an excellent assistant. We wanted to buy a mobility scooter and he very patiently went through all our options. Once the scooter was chosen we were encouraged to test drive it around the store then he came out to our car to ensure we were able to dismantle it and fit it in the car. Thank you so much for your time and patience. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase.

We were made to feel really welcome as soon as we entered the store. The layout was great and gave my MIL plenty of room to test out some new wheels. Sonya was lovely, incredibly knowledgeable and patient, she made the whole process much more simple. Would absolutely recommend this store and company to anyone.

Last year we visited Ableworld in Llandudno and purchased a walker from Paul. He was so helpful that we went back today and look at mobility scooters and this time Nigel helped us. He was great and explained everything to us and was once again so helpful. We did buy one, and so far we are very pleased.

Quite a few years ago we bought a mobility scooter for our Dad here - the staff member was super helpful and patient. About a year ago we needed to come back when we needed a replacement battery - again, speedy and efficient. And then most recently a piece of the casing broke which made carrying a section (it comes to pieces) very difficult. With our permission, Nigel, the customer advisor, mended it with a long screw and washers so it works just as good as new (and with character!) and in just the way my Dad would have done things in the past - it was better than a new casing! And for free. I am so grateful and cannot recommend highly enough.
