Great service, beautiful arrangements!
I have used Abi’s Arrangements a couple of times this year, and they have given excellent customer service every time. Their arrangements have been fabulously beautiful, and always delivered with a smile. Abi’s Arrangements are local to the people i send flowers to so i am happy to be supporting a small business.

The service was great with delivery…
The service was great with delivery being made as expected but I was a little disappointed in the ratio of flowers to foliage and having ordered an ‘Autumnal’ bouquet, I felt it was little more a mish-mash of spring colours. The recipient sent me a photo of them to say thankyou and I did feel a little disappointed I’m afraid.

Hi Donna, Sorry to hear of your disappointment. As your order wasn't a local delivery it went through our national delivery system, Interflora. A florist local to the delivery address made and delivered the order. I will contact the florist and see if there's anything can be done. Once again, please accept our apologies for this.

Ordered sympathy flowers online. They arrived the next day and were absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and quality
Ordered flowers online as a thank you gift but an oversight on my part would see them delivered to my home address, and as I was away on holiday this would have been a problem. Realising my mistake straight away I made a quick international call and the mistake was quickly sorted. The recipient was surprised and delighted with the flowers.
