When you use Florists from afar, you always have that niggle at the back of your mind regards to the quality and freshness of the flowers and the sizes shown on the website. I have to say Abi's Florist ticked all the boxes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Florist Service
Last week i made an online order for a florist selected "hat box", to be delivered today to my wife's place of work. It was delivered as promised and she was thrilled with the quality. The process was straightforward and good value for money.

Problem resolved.
I had been disappointed with the florist choice selection but Shea changed some flowers for me. Stephen phoned and was very understanding.Everything was resolved amicably and I will definitely buy there again.

Quick delivery which is what I needed
Quick delivery which is what I needed. I was a bit disappointed with the photos I saw of them as it just looked a jumbled mess of literally everything that could be thrown at it in a florists. I had decided to go with this company as I thought they looked more contemporary and stylish and this was definitely not what was made for my order. Grateful they were delivered as requested though.

Thanks for your review. We responded to your email as soon as we spotted it in our Junk. Unfortunately there was no Interflora florist within your delivery area so we couldn't fulfil your order. We refunded your order within an hour of you placing it. Our staff member should have emailed you though at the time to explain this, we have made them aware. Sorry for your experience.

Hi Agata - re your order we fully refunded this, as you decided to cancel your order. You wanted to cancel your order after your friend received her order from us, even though we have never heard from her or received any complaints. What was ordered on our website, was exactly what was received, 6 white roses tied with foliage.
This review is not based on your order '18593' but of your friend who was actually happy with her order.
