Always get excellent service from Abacus Window Cleaners the only company who leave my windows crystal clear after cleaning them would not use anyone else now.

Excellent service, I couldn’t fault them. Started with a knock on the door to see if I was interested then advised me of the date they would be attending. Messaged me the day before. As this is my first time with them, they knocked when arrived and explained how they would clean my windows and how to pay. My windows have never looked so clean. Very polite, courteous and professional service. I am glad to have my windows done every 6 weeks. £22 for my 3 bed house with extension excellent value for money.

Just had my windows cleaned (this is a regular service) by Euan. What a wonderful young man- so polite, considerate and professional. A credit to the company.

Awful service!
Initial clean wasn’t the best and so held on for the second but they didn’t turn up.

The next day I had a canvasser asking to sign up when I was already a customer. Told him they didn’t turn up when they were supposed to, he didn’t even attempt to apologise - just went to the next house!

They did reschedule for two days later, left gates open etc but they didn’t turn AGAIN!! I I then had a text up claiming they’d cleaned my property when I hadn’t and tried to charge me, and then didn’t respond to text messaging when they followed up on the ‘ outstanding bill’ (for the service I hadn’t received)

When I used the chat to inform them I had received not contact from them, there was no initial offer of an apology or attempt to keep me as a customer. Just told asked my address and told I was removed from their list and the balanced cleared.

No personal service what so ever. Not impressed at all.

This is the first time ive user abacus and they were fab! Aaron did an amazing job and was very polite. Will be using again👍🏼

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED ABACUS AND WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED HOW TOM DELIVERED THE JOB WITH SUCH EASE . THE WINDOWS REMAIN LOOKING SPOTLESS AFTER 1 MONTH.
