Overall the experience has been great
Overall the experience has been great and quite easy. Communication through emails has always been quick and simple. I’ve had no concerns through the company directly.
I think the dental monitoring could definetly do with more personalisation as the scans become very AI repeating the same messages and sometimes stating things such as hygiene not being great even when there has been no change.
I would love to see the company expand with more local dentists for those more rural although I know this isn’t always possible. But for some there is quite a distance for individuals to travel.
But overall I would recommend the company to others!

Aalto have been great fit for myself to straighten my teeth. Affordable and very easy process. Communication has been great any concerns and they are straight onto it. I have requested refinements at the end of my plan and that was no problems at all. Very happy.

BITESOFT AALTO ALIGNERS
Just finished straightening my teeth with Bitesoft, which is now called Aalto, using their aligners and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The aligners worked great and I’ve noticed a big difference in my smile.
The service was excellent the whole way through – super friendly and helpful. I especially liked getting the fortnightly scans, it kept me in the loop and made the process feel really smooth.
Would definitely recommend Aalto to anyone thinking about doing aligners! 😊

Great Concept, Poor Execution.
I really wanted this to work and gave them every opportunity, but after over two years of ongoing issues I need to share my experience honestly.
Throughout treatment I received multiple ill fitting aligners and retainers due to repeated lab errors. Communication was often poor — I always had to chase for updates. When issues were raised the response was often defensive and dismissive.
I also experienced invoicing issues across six appointments affecting my private health claims, requiring extensive follow up from me despite this being their responsibility.
At the end of treatment I was sold an active retainer for a final minor adjustment on a front tooth. While that was being made, I was waiting for Bitesoft to arrange attachment removal, which they never actioned. I received the retainer and asked when an appointment would be made. They apologised and said they forgot but would arrange it. After a week of hearing nothing again, I made the appointment myself as it was close to Christmas. This delayed the process by several weeks, during which I continued wearing my last aligner as instructed.
When attachments were removed we tried the active retainer — it didn't fit at all. Too wide to even fit my last set of moulds. Despite following all instructions and the delay being caused by Bitesoft, I was blamed for not following my treatment plan and told it was tooth movement. Yet I was still wearing my last aligner which fit fine — it didn’t make sense.
They then required a new scan, which I pushed back on paying for, which they eventually waived.
By the time the scan was completed in the new year, months had passed while wearing my last aligner without attachments, and the front tooth in question had moved more.
After the refinement plan, in the end, the resolution required additional IPR — something that should have been identified much earlier. They covered this cost.
My bottom teeth are now straight but I hope this feedback is taken constructively so others don't need to go through this.

I had always been self-conscious about the gap between my teeth and would avoid showing them when I smiled or laughed. One day, I decided to do some research online and came across Alto Care. After getting in touch with their team, they guided me through the entire process, which was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I had braces for years but was never fully satisfied with how my teeth turned out as my previous dentist never fully listened to my concerns. Eventually found Bitesoft, now, Aalto, and I am amazed with the results! They listened to all the details I’d like to achieve after the treatment and was very transparent with the plan before, during and after. Great thanks to Emma who was very accommodating and easy to talk to. It was a pain traveling back and forth to the orthodontist as I live far from Auckland, but hey, all for a confident smile, I’d do it all over again! They have been great with communication and the services they deliver. We had to make a few adjustments and with my son living overseas, it was a bit tricky but Aalto staff have been understanding and helpful to ensure that his teeth were exactly what he wanted. My daughters teeth had been classed as complex by the local orthodontist and had some extreme crowding and a cross bite.
The results so far have been incredible. People can't believe the change in her teeth in such a short amount of time.

My experience with Aalto has been great. They are great with communication and their treatments come at an affordable cost. I had some minor hiccups with my treatment at times where aligners weren’t quite fitting right at times and not working as they should on some teeth, but the Aalto team was happy to help out with this.
