Part received after I as a customer followed up with USPS and created complaint.
As part is received so late I asked to return without using it and seller refused to take it back even at my shipping cost. Clear case of fraudulent business practice.

Standard business practice as with most buyer. Should have read reviews before ordering. Shabby business.
- Ordered item - delayed shipping
- Tracking didnt moved after pick up. Seems fake USPS tracker is added.
- Stopped replying to email to find the mail, provide a refund or provide a replacement.

Money wasted more than that 2 plus weeks wasted for part and stay without working appliance.

Do not answer e-mails. Do not accept returns, regardless of what their website may say. They just ignore all communication requests.

This is an unethically run business. Do not do business with them.

I was skeptical after seeing these reviews and did not think the $30 dollar part was going to work if it showed up. Well let me tell ya, IT SHOWED UP FULLY FUNCTIONAL NO ISSUES WORKS PERFECTLY! The description on the site said tested and working but I wasn’t going to hold my breath. To my surprise it worked and saved me at the minimum 600 bucks. Seems like only the bad experiences have been submitted which is more often the case with reviews. I don’t know about yall but it was worth the gamble! My peoples at A-Z keep doing your thang!

I purchased a replacement part for my Frigidaire gas range from this company, and the experience has been terrible. No one responds to emails, nobody answers the phones, and the part they sold appears damaged. This company should be investigated and shut down before more customers get stuck dealing with the same issues. Stay away from them.

Horrible customer service and scammers. I placed the ordered for the gas range and never received the ordered. Emailed the company including the owner Derek but never received the response or credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered part for refrigerator, but accidentally ordered the wrong part. Sent an email to cancel order and refund my payment about 20 minutes after I ordered it. No response at all at any time. Sent another 2 days later, still no response. Tried calling their phone number several times, no answer. Then I get an email that it was shipped. This is a horrible business, stay away from them!

I requested a control board T09-2K5, 8RF 4B102 10601 for my GE electric stove. The circuit board was missing some of the electronics that were displayed in the pictures. I paid $53.99 for this board.

I have sent numerous emails and called your number (202) 882-1699 many times. I have not received a response to what your plans are to get me the correct board or a refund.

Thanksgiving is in a couple of days and I am expecting 15 family members. If you do not have a board please refund my money. Since you do not have any concerns of sending the correct part or refunding my money, I will back charge my Credit Card.

waiting 21 days and still no part recieved...a-z do not reply and Global post tracking stopped 15 days ago in Nyc...what is so infuriating is the lack of response

My experience with A-Z Appliance was absolutely excellent. From start to finish, their customer service was fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the part I needed, and the quality was top-notch.

What really made my experience great was how knowledgeable and responsive they are. You can tell they truly care about helping their customers fix their appliances the right way. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was quick, and the part arrived perfectly packaged.

This company is doing a fantastic job of providing reliable parts, honest advice, and excellent customer support. It’s rare to find a business that combines expertise with genuine care for their customers, but A-Z Appliance nails it. Highly recommended!

I ordered a dryer part from A-Z ApplianceParts, and they sent me the wrong part. Mistakes happen, but what’s unacceptable is their complete lack of customer service. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times, but they never respond.

Now I’m stuck with a useless part and no way to get a refund or replacement. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, BEWARE—once they have your money, they don’t seem to care. Terrible way to do business!

Ordered part, received tracking number the very next day. Part arrived and worked as promised. Buy with confidence!
