Have used this store multiple times over the years. They're always happy to help and take the time to offer sound advice and support, without the hard sales push...

I bought this for my 9 yr old sons birthday. Very cool bike! He loves it! We found the seat to be a bit too hard & slanted for a beginner though. We had to buy a new seat for him to have a more comfortable ride.

Easy and fast transaction.

Ordered an item that was not in stock at this location and had the item the following day.

Fast and polite service, I received update calls on the status of my order. Thanks

Buying my first bike in over 15 years with complete kit to start with was easy. They have a good range in everything someone starting out would need . The price was good , service good . The website said it would be there by Friday , the store messaged me it was ready for me the next day , totally unexpected . Overall after a couple of lengthy rides that I am very happy with the quality of the products & only wish I had done it a few years earlier .

I bought a bike from 99 bikes and there is nothing bad to say about there service. The checkout process was easy and they had the bike ready the next day for pick up.

Click and collect the same day on a Yakima Bike Rack, good service.

I purchased a Silverback 29" and a Thrasher 27.5". I found it to be price competitive with others having in mind I was looking to replace my old 12+ years bicycles. They did not disappoint. They perform, they are comfortable and the service and customer service has been pretty good, a big shout out to the guys in Capalaba, specially Troy to figure out and accommodate a good size of frame for me.

I particularly find Capalaba comfortable to get bikes because of the area and parking.

I would also recommend not to go on weekends as it is busy

I returned an Azur GPS Computer due to several issues I had with it.
I’d hoped to replace it with a Cat-eye Padrone but due to unavailability this was not possible and eventually Tim agreed to refund the price I paid.
A very good outcome in the circumstances and representative of the service I’ve had instore and online in 2021 with 99 Bikes.
