We've bought two bikes in the last month from 99 Bikes at Capalaba .
Jayden served me and helped me choose between three bikes - ended up choosing the Norco Scene 3 in size small , I'm a 52 year old woman , 161cm and this bike suits me perfectly .
My husband was served by Troy and ended up choosing the Merida 21 Crossway 20 - hes really enjoying riding it .
We also chose helmets, locks , racks , baskets and a rear Topeak bag , and bought the Thule Express Car Rack which couldn't be easier to use >
Very happy customers - great staff

Easy to put on a bike, excellent concept to deter a thief; excellent product for the peace of mind.
Service was average and I didn’t feel as though my business was valued. It also didn’t help that the products I wanted weren’t available and I ended up buying online anyway. Should have saved myself the trip to the store.

The team takes care of my bikes really well, and ensures that I am satisfied with the service I receive. The products they sell are competitively priced and high quality.
Bought an eBike for my son. Not knowing much about the bike, Rick was great in explaining how everything works and what I needed to do to take care of the bike.
Only spent $50 online to be picked up at the Capalaba store. Close to 2 months later, still have not received my purchase. Have not had a phone call, have not had a text message, have not had a message left on a missed phone call. Have not even had an email. And I know you have my email, cause I'm answering this review, and I receive daily sales notices. You may as well broke into my house and stole my wallet. The worst service by anyone I've dealt with in any service, that includes the telcos. Extremely hard fail
No I won't be picking it up at my earliest convenience. They have my address, they can deliver it free of charge at thought earliest convenience.

I just bought my new bike today from 99 Capalaba store and I got what I wanted.
The staff was attentive, helpful and excellent services.
I recommend for anyone who wants to buy a bicycle.

I recently purchased a brand new mountain bike on line from 99 Bikes to click and collect from their Capalaba store. Due to a few issues I was unable to pick it up myself and had my brother in law collect it. When he got there, he received the bike and took it out to his ute. As he was loading it, he noticed the bike was dirty, had numerous scratches all over the frame, handle bars and seat, and was definitely NOT a brand new bike. After a couple of calls and photos sent to me, he returned the bike to the shop. I ended up speaking to the associate who was dealing with the sale and after a brief discussion he agreed the bike was not new and likely to be a returned one. The associate could not offer the same bike in the time frame I needed it but did offer a similar bike at a discounted rate. Whilst I appreciate the service provided once the issue had been identified, I find it very hard to believe that no one bothered to check the bike when it was delivered to the store and no one bothered to check the bike was in a saleable condition as advertised before it left the store. I was lucky that my brother in law is an experienced bike rider and noticed the poor quality of the original bike. I will not be using 99 Bikes again.
