Leur manque de transparence et leur comportement malhonnête sont inacceptables. Nous déconseillons fortement cette agence de location à tous.
Nous sommes arrivés à madère avec 1h de retard car l’avion ne pouvait atterrir à cause du vent et ils n’ont même pas essayé de nous contacter ou de voir ou en était notre vol ils ont annulé nos 2 voitures et gardé les frais de réservation sans raison . Nous laissant sans solution ni voiture avec des enfants en bas age . Superbe accueil au Portugal .

The second time we rented an electric car from 7M for a few days to travel Madeira. The online order experience went smoothly, and we opted for payment upfront on insurance; the insurance with card deposit does not really cover you... We opted to rent an electric car once more, to benefit from parking over the busy season. The car was washed and it looked vacuumed inside as well. We checked for warning lights, and we were off within 20 minutes. We were able to find parking easily at charging terminals and charging never took more than an hour. From our previous rental experiences on the Island, the car panels will be banged-up, so ensure you have it all recorded. They accept South African Driving Licences, since these are also in Portuguese - no need for International Drivers Permits. Driving a small electric car on the extreme inclines is a breeze, and easier to navigate the narrow roads in the City and villages.

Ich habe einen Fiat Tipo Cross für 3 Tage bei 7m gemietet. Das Fahrzeug war in einem Top Zustand und ich hatte keinerlei Probleme.

Die Buchung erfolgte online über die offizielle Internetseite. Die Preise sind voll in Ordnung.

the car was well maintained and new! don’t expect much of attention or high end customer service … i had to literally beg the agent to stand up of his chair to give me a return/ all clear report…

They promised and wrote that they would refund the money for the online booked but not provided rent and they did not.

problem - malfunctioning air conditioning

Destroyed the whole day of my vacation. Girl working there was nice and understanding but the general policy and costumer service of the company is terrible. Insurance is a scam and it is worth nothing. Honestly it is much better to just go with a travel company on daily trips and take local busses where you can than renting a car.

Got a car with broken breaks which maked a very loud and anoying noise. Service told us that WE have to drive with this car to a mechanic to clean up the breaks and if this doesnt help we will get a new car.
Then the service gave us a wrong adress of mechanic it was not able to find. When we returned to Service, it was closed because of having Break, so we had to wait more than a Hour. Finally After long discussion with the service, we got a new car.
We wasted More than 4 hours with this stupid service in our vacation.

Esperei perto de duas horas pela entrega do carro, quando me foi dito que não demoraria mais de 15'.
Contestei o tempo de espera que foi justificado pelo trânsito (dia de semana, 14:00).
Funcionária não tomou qq iniciativa para saber o que se passava.
Foi-me recusado acesso ao responsável superior.
Entregaram-me um automóvel (smart for four) em que praticamente todos os painéis tinham danos.
Tive que devolver o automóvel (na mesma loja) passados 30' por avaria, já presente quando mo entregaram e comprovado pela funcionária.
Voltei a pé para o hotel. Recebi um sms da companhia perguntando qual era o problema com o automóvel e porque o tinha "abandonado".
Entregaram-me no hotel, no dia seguinte, um novo automóvel, igualmente com danos exteriores visíveis, que apenas utilizei para me deslocar do hotel ao aeroporto.
A quando da entrega no (perto do) aeroporto constatou-se que não constava cópia do contrato de aluguer.

7m Thankyou!Replied very quickly always. Easy instructions what they will do.We had our car delivered to hotel & picked up at the end of our holiday. The man who delivered car was waiting outside early & very nice & friendly.The car was beautiful & basically brand new, the man went around the car with me & he pointed out l mark on wheel trim & a small scratch but was so small.At the end of holiday we just left the keys behind hotel reception & they picked car up & we didn't even see them at the return of car.Will definitely use 7m again. 👍😃

Everything worked well and the car was delivered as expected. I forgot my jacket to the car and it was posted to me by in one week. Excellent service!!

Alugamos um carro por 1 dia. Durante a nossa viagem fomos abordados pela polícia, pediram nos o documentos. Demos os documentos que nos forneceram com carro. No entanto apenas constava na pasta um seguro já vencido. Explicamos a situação ao agente da autoridade foi nos explicado que a multa seria aplicada a nós, no entanto demonstraram benevolência. De imediato contactamos a empresa de rent a car. Acabamos por voltar à loja para explicar a situação, sendo que nao pudemos terminar a nossa viagem planeada. Durante a comunicacao presente na loja, fomos atendidos de forma rude e com falta de educação. Chamaram um carro para substituir. No entanto, durante a espera fizemos inumeras questoes sobre como seriamos indemizados e desmonstram violência na resposta. Tivemos que abandonar o local, comunicaram que o carro ja nao estaria disponível. Concluindo, o staff extremamente mal educado e violento, acabamos por nao ter as nossas ferias, ficamos sem o dinheiro e sem o carro.
Não recomendo mesmo este rent a car.
