In search of a lightweight hiking boot, and wanting to support Irish businesses, I had a look on 53 Degrees North. Found what I was looking for, and delivery time was good considering it was a holiday weekend.

Ordered items on Monday
Ordered items on Monday, that could have been sent to me on Monday, called today and asked when they were going to send them to me, was told I wasn't getting them.
They were closing the website because of the virus.
These were food items.
Was informed I could have my money back.
Very pleasant people on the phone, lovely manners, but I can't say the same about the dedication to customers with disabilities.
Those items might have made my life easier next week.

Just tried on a pair of walking pants
Just tried on a pair of walking pants, asked at the counter for a longer leg size,as I am 6'3".
The female assistant was as rude ,not one bit pleasant . I tried on a size 40" waist and Regular leg and I wanted 40" long leg.Before she even checked the system she said they only come in a size 38' Regular.
I had to inform her the pair I had In my hands was a size 40" Regular and was told, no we don't have them.
I proceeded to buy a Columbia beanie hat, very grudgingly it was passed back over the counter. I had to ask her to pop it into a bag. It was a big deal for her to put it in the bag while doing so dropped all my receipts on the floor and eventually handing over the bag.
A crash course in customer service is definitely recommended for this very rude member of your staff. No a pleasent experience at all .

I ordered a sweatshirt wich it arrived was a totally wrong one...if you dont have the one on display to buy dont send me something I dont want..I will never be using your website again...
