Hi there, it's been 5 years with the model and to be honest, I haven't flown 8t in 3 years up untill recently.

I have to say there is a few things I could moan about, but the main problem I can say from my side is getting calibrated.
Yes there are instructions, but it could all be more user friendly.
And maybe the ability if not yet available to do curves on you controller. My sensitivity is way to strong for stable flight with good GPS signal.

I bought a handheld gaming device from them. From the time I placed the order until it was in my hands, they updated me so I knew exactly what was going on. The product i ordered was in perfect condition and exactly as described. I’ve never had issues with them and I would definitely order again.

Purchased a Mug press in Jan 2024. R3094.00. Im excited. Takes forever to arrive. Disappointed that it takes so long but I finally get it. No branding. No instruction manual. So I test it based on a Google search. I let it go to temperature with a mug in it as I do with my JG electronics press as to not damage the element. As It gets ro temperature, I take the warm mug out, put the new one in and the machine loses temperature at a fast rate. I wait till it goes up to temp, give it the time and its burns the ink on the mug. So I try over and over and each time I remove the mug to put the next one in it loses heat. Frustrating as that is, what is more frustrating is the support I received. Which is nothing. No one comes back to me. Just nothing. They have their money and I have a machine that's a dud. Eventually I just walk away and accept I've lost 4 grand. 2 years later.... I get an email asking that I please rate my amazing product and experience on Trust pilot. Oh I will definitely I respond to Melissa, I will definitely rate the awful experience I've had. Terrible product, Terrible service! She tells me not to do that because this is their bread and butter. What about the R3094 that I wasted on a machine that doesn't work and how I was ignored. Im sorry if the reviews were honest I would have known not to purchase this product and waste my bread and butter. Sorry Melissa & Rob, maybe actually spend more time making sure your products work, helping customers out when they need it than begging them not to leave honest reviews

I have been waiting now for longer then a week just to get replacement part for a laser cutter that i have purchased from 4Evatech.

No updates, no communication, no services.
