Louis was extremely helpful. Due to global stock shortages, we received laptops on loan for the interim period while we waited for the computers to arrive. The loaned laptops were expedited to make sure we had no operational issues.

Extremely happy
I got a pre-owned MacBook from Secondbite and I’m very satisfied. The laptop is in pristine condition and worth the money. The store also offered free shipping at that price so that’s a plus!

Ordered item. Never confirmed my order and did not reply to my emails. One week after the order I cancelled it.

Service is not great
I had to place an order more the once on the system and it didn't verify that my ordered had gone through. Had to call in to ask about the order, the guy said he'd call back after 30mons, in 3hours I had to call back and ask him about the order which he still knew nothing about. Eventually After paying for my order, it has still no been delivered. I pray the machine is great and in good working condition.

MacBook Pro purchase (Very impressed - reliable and great customer service)
I was really impressed with the customer service I received. The team as quick to assist me with all the questions I had. I was kept informed about the shipping and delivery information which made me feel more at ease in receiving my device. The macbook pro I ordered was in excellent condition and even better than I expected. I would recommend SecondBite to anyone.

Great service
Great service. Guys there was efficient and kept to their word. "Will call you back in 10 minutes" really means they will call you back. I also appreciated that they are willing to help you, not only serve you with what they charge you for. They understand what your Mac means to you.

Wow!
Excellent service. Seamless transaction. From initial choice to having the machine delivered to me was less than 24 hours. You get what you pay for - Machine was in pristine condition. Fully recommend without hesitation.

Amazing customer service from Second Bite. My laptop was stolen and I needed a replacement the very next day. It arrived right on time, and looks absolutely brand new!
