Had composite bonding done here back in September. I was told to come back for my regular scale and polish appointments. Rang to book and they’ve no scale and polish appointment until October, 5 months away. I get a feeling it is because I wanted to use my PRSI. They could book me in next week for any other appointment, just not a scale and polish. Thankfully I was able to book with my usual dentist smiles (as wasn’t sure if they’d do a treatment after I’d had composite bonding) 3Dental wanted me to book a general appointment online for next week, pay the €50 deposit, then when I’m there as if they can book me in another time for scale and polish. Makes absolutely no sense. Avoid as you won’t get any aftercare.

Dr Joanna was great! Very patient and helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me. I opted for enlighten whitening and composite bonding and my teeth look great. I couldn’t be happier with my results

Receptionist staff not very friendly, a mistake was made on their end with my appointment and took my deposit. If I was to start my treatment again I would definitely stay away from 3Dental galway

Limerick 3D dental office fantastic, great experience. Had some work done with Bobby, a great dentist, it exceeded all my expectations. Very happy with my treatment there, would highly recommend. Sofia, Bobby's assistant great also, and i have to mention all the ladies on reception. All very good at their jobs, and very good to work with.

My dentist Irene was very clear and to the point in my options with my procedure. Moses the radiographer was very good also.I would like to thank the reception staff Nadine Ciara and Adam who were very helpful and accommodating which made my visit to 3 dental pleasant .

I can highly recommend the hygienist Martyna in 3 Dental red cow. Has got me over my fear, really happy with the result. Also the staff at reception were so helpful and friendly Kristen and Leon they were very welcoming. Looking forward to getting my composite bonding done with Natalia. Lorna Walsh

Attended for an orthodontic consultation in February 2025. The overall experience felt so impersonal, it was brief and very limited on verbal engagement. As I tried to discuss the possibility of having my front teeth straightened; the dentist lifted my lip up and muttered something about another x-ray; and we went off to have another x-ray. Whilst been aware that the x-ray needed to be reviewed, I was hopeful for some discussion at this point what the outcome/alternatives might be if braces are not viable; I was briefly, and abruptly told twice I would be contacted in a week; which has failed to materialise. Despite five follow up phone calls since February, messages left and promises to return my calls "by the end of the day," I am still waiting to hear the outcome of my "consultation".
Overall experience is disappointingly unprofessional that has made me feel like I was in the way, dismissed and without value. This was not a consultation.

Would not recommend 3 Dental Dublin. 4 members of my family had work done there over the years. Service over the past year extremely bad. Daughters brace detached from one of her teeth, rang to get appointment to get it put back on. She has to wait for a week as they say it’s not an emergency. She can not chew any food and has to drink liquids until the brace is fixed. A brace is not cheap to get and this is not the service we expect for spending a lot of money with 3 Dental

Would like to thank nadine for helping me on front desk i was early for my appointment and she offered me tea or coffee, she was so kind i was so nervous and she reassured me everything was going to be ok . I have a lot of work to be done and now i feel comfortable returning from the minute i walked in to going see the dentist. Its great that you have staff that can take that extra time to talk to nervous patients. Thank you for your service

I have been going to 3Dental since 2010. I had my 6 month braces done then and ever since then I have had all my dental work done in this amazing clinic.
From start to finish no matter what procedure you need - this group of lovely people make you feel welcome, comfortable and most of all secure when booking in.
I have had fillings, extractions, the bar to stop movement, retainers, teeth whitening, hygienist appointments and most recently a single implant and will be finishing off with bonding later this year.
I am so happy I made the decision to stay in Ireland for my dental work. The team in 3Dental have payment plans and will advise you properly on aftercare. There's no quick fix, they get the job done properly. I highly recommend this team of dentists and will never change from this professional dental clinic!
Every member of staff has a smile and a welcome for you when you go in there. And there is never an issue when you call for an appointment or to reschedule.

I have been a patient at 3 Dental for many years and have had a lot of work done from fillings, extractions, root canals and crowns to name but a few. I have consistently had a positive experience. Paul is extremely professional and explains everything in detail before proceeding. I always feel confident leaving the surgery that I have had the best care. Rosalia the hygienist is gentle but really thorough and effective. The girls on reception are extremely welcoming and I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for expert dental care.

I had the worst experience at the galway 3 dental clinic. I got implants and was soo unhappy with them. I was also not offered the smile in a day which would have suited my needs better. I also have to return to the dentist now cause there is a problem with my implants after only a few months. After paying over 7000euro. I am soo upset

Absolutely disgraceful, disgusted with the service, I booked my husband in as he badly needs to get a lot of work done and we wanted a consultation for implants, or at the very least a consultation for advice on what he needs. We knew he need fillings when I made the appointment as he had an appointment with his own dentist to get this done. While on the phone making the appointment with 3D in limerick we explained this and decided he would go to them and have filling done and consultation as well. We explained everything on the phone and the receptionist seemed nice and booked him in for appointment. He went there got checked we explained what he wanted done and the dentist advised he went on antibiotics for a week came bk and had the tooth that was causing him trouble taken out. And then she would go through what he wanted to get done, cosmetic IE implants or what ever the consultation discovered would suit. After having the tooth out, still no consultation.. he was told come bk and she personally would clean his teeth and do a consultation, a few days b4 the cleaning and consultation was due he got a phone call to say could they change his appointment time and he would receive a refund. He arrived there only to be seen by the hygienist and even though he told her his teeth were extremely sensitive ( his own dentist gives him an injection just for cleaning them because they're soooo sensitive) she didn't listen he said she was like a butcher, almost pulling out the teeth that were not in great shape( hense wanting a consultation for implants) he was in so much pain and terrified when he came out. Receptionist had no idea about this refund, which we did get back and rightly so as he had in advance been made to partly pay for his "consultation " that he never received, we were both absolutely disgusted and extremely annoyed because to get a tooth out and a half clean by the way (she only did a few of his bottom teeth). He could have got done with his own dentist and wouldn't not have been painful as they would have listened to him and numbed his mouth.She obviously did not check his chart b4 hand and had no idea about anything except he was in for a clean!
In total he was charged €350 to have a tooth out and a few bottom teeth cleaned which left him in agony from the cleaning, he couldn't sleep with the pain, up all night taking pain relief. Got refund of €85 so it cost €265 for a tooth to be pulled and half clean ( which can claim on prsi.)
Plus we had to travel to limerick from Clonmel where as he could have walked to his own dentist to have the tooth out and a cleaning done.
And still no consultation!!!!
I really would not recommend this clinic plenty others to choose from.

Absolutly awful experience. Crown and root canal. 6 months later I still cannot eat properly and it is still painful. When I went back twice I was told that if I have pain all I need is to take pain killers and there is probably microbes left in the tooth that will die some day… and since they are several people working on your tooth it is nobody’s fault. Awful experience, as soon as I gather the money I will have the job redone properly if can be fixed at all !!

Went to 3Dental Aungier Street as it’s central and convenient. Bright, modern, clean premises. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very thorough checkup with dentist and cleaning with hygienist. They spotted 2 fillings needed and active gum disease. Great attention to detail and very professional throughout. I’ll be going back to them for future dental needs

had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with 3Dental Galway that I feel compelled to share. I initially sought dental treatment at this clinic for an implant, and I was put on a payment plan for the procedure. I paid €2200 upfront and agreed to pay the remaining balance in monthly installments of €199.

However, during my appointment to have the implant completed, the doctor unexpectedly and without my consent removed the implants. This left me in a state of shock and distress. When I asked for an explanation, I was told I had to pay the remaining balance in full immediately or leave the clinic. This felt completely unfair and unjust, especially as I had been following the agreed payment plan and had even paid an additional late fee for a missed payment, which I had explained and resolved prior.

I was also informed that the clinic would no longer accept the agreed-upon payment plan, and I was refused any further treatment or appointments. This was a major breach of our agreement, and I felt completely disrespected and disregarded as a patient.

To make matters worse, after this incident, I noticed that payments were still being deducted from my bank account, even though the treatment was not completed. I tried to address this with the clinic, but my concerns were not taken seriously.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated, and it has caused me significant emotional distress. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider this clinic before proceeding with any treatment. Based on my experience, I feel that I was treated unfairly, and I have been left with unresolved issues.

My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment with Dr Paul O’Connell in Limerick. Paul was very professional, patient and a perfectionist which ensured amazing results and a delighted smiling girl. We have now started treatment for our son and we are already delighted with the progress. I highly recommend 3Dental!

The staff at 3Dental were incredibly helpful and friendly. The clinic was spotless, everything was well-organized and timely, so there was no long waiting around.

All my 3 kids have gone to 3 Dental for their braces and the experience has been nothing but excellent every time. Dr. Paul O’Connel and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel relaxed and comfortable during the visits. On top of that… the fact that all the services are on the same premises and they are always on time and on target makes it hard to beat. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great dental practice.
