I got 2 implant molars. Dr Jones was excellent. Brilliant job. I then started braces treatment with Dr Hernandez, he told me i could only dtraighten the top teath as i had 2 implants. He couldnt get the eye tooth to straighten. Said he couldnt do any more with braces (even though i had them strainghtened in the past no problem by someone else).He knew i was getting a new veneer on my front toon so asked Dr Carla to correct the issue by making the veneee think so its flush with eye tooth. My bite was worse after the top row was straightened. Dr Carla Navaro was rude on my first appt. and gave me a veneer on my front tooth that was longer than the other tooth. She let a ttol slip and hurt me and blamed me for moving when I didn't. The tooth was tender every morning so her advice was to let is move to where its comfortable and then get new retainer and a night giatd to protect it. 5 or 6 times i had to go back ro get it filed and retainers changed and its still longer and i dont have straightvteeth. I gave up in the end. My overbite it worse than before, ive one front tooth longer and my teeth are very visibly not straight. I spent thousands. I made a formal complaint by email that was ignored. I followed up with a call that no one retirned. Judgingvbybthe reviews many people have a good experience bit this was mines. I now have to find another orthodontist who will straighted top, and botton (it os possible for me was told after by Dr Carla) and make my veneer the same length as the other tooth.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to 3D Dental Limerick for their exceptional help in a difficult situation right before Christmas.

On the evening of December 23rd, my crown fell out. The dental clinic I usually attend was already closed for the holidays. We all understand that if the crown wasn’t fixed on the 24th, the gum could be damaged, especially since everything is closed on the 25th and 26th.

I called many clinics, but the response everywhere was the same: “You are not our patient,” or “We don’t have the equipment available.”
Only this clinic showed true understanding and compassion and agreed to take me in.

The doctor fixed everything in just 10 minutes — and for a very reasonable price.
I paid only €70!

I want to express my warmest and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Gamaly, a true high-level professional, and to Jennifer at reception for her understanding and for fitting me into the schedule.

It was Christmas for everyone, and most people simply didn’t have time for me — but these people are real doctors and true professionals. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy Christmas like everyone else and even have my Christmas dinner without pain or worry.

After the treatment, they told me I could always come back for help.
I am not a regular patient of their clinic — just a person who urgently needed assistance, and I received it right when it mattered most.

An excellent clinic.
Five-star service is an understatement.

You cannot put a price on kindness and humanity — you either have it or you don’t.

So I got referred for 6 month braces here and i had to keep them on for over a year?? and I know that’s normal but like that’s not all so my dentist Paul O’Connell was always just like really rude would barely talk would NEVER let me change my bands the colour and then when i got my braces off he didn’t clean my teeth, left glue on them (still on them two months later), didn’t shave down imperfections on my teeth. Now i looked this up and it said it was a right and then i had on my plastic retainer for around a month and a half and it broke? just snapped on half and then i got a new one and after a couple hours with the new one my teeth started shifting and two have really changed and i told Paul that i hated them and he said “I like them their grand” and just dismissed MY teeth that I payed to fix, that I waited a year for and now i have to wait two months for another appointment to get my permanent retainer and he’s still not going to clean my teeth etc or fix them so i just payed €2,000 for teeth that i don’t like, for a year of my life waisted, a year of pain.

From the moment I went for my first appointment for a consultation I was reassured and given confidence from Dr Bobby and Ashling, they were very professional and caring.
I started my treatment in April and I finished today. I have to say from start to finish the treatment was really good.
They explained everything that would happen along the way.
I would highly recommend 3Dental if anyone is looking for implants or any other dental treatment.
From now on, I won’t be going anywhere else.

I’m a very nervous patient, but Dr. Siobhan made everything feel so easy and stress-free. She was calm, gentle, and really reassuring throughout my visit. Jenna and Danielle at reception were also really kind and friendly, which helped me relax as soon as I arrived. I’d definitely recommend 3 Dental!

I had a consultation with Dr. Andoni Jones in 3Dental Red Cow clinic in Dublin in December 2024 for a bone graft and implant procedure. On their website, the stated price range for bone grafts is between €400 and €2,000, with €2,000 indicated as the price for larger grafts. However, at the end of my consultation which included an X-ray, I was given a printed quotation which included €4,000 for the bone graft alone, plus an additional €200 for IV sedation, bringing the total cost of the bone graft procedure to €4,200.

As this price was significantly higher than what is advertised on their website, I sought a second opinion and consultation with another reputable dental clinic in the city which quoted me €2,000 for the same procedure inclusive of IV sedation. I went ahead with this clinic and have since had the procedure successfully carried out.

The different pricing between the two clinics for this same procedure makes a total difference of €2,200 which is very significant, particularly when the cost of the bone graft is not made transparent on 3Dental's website. I also lost the €50 paid for the consultation and X-ray with 3Dental and had to pay for a new consultation and X-ray with the second clinic.

In my opinion, 3Dental treated me more like a commodity to maximise profit rather than as a patient seeking a professional service and willing to pay fairly for it. This company ought to be reminded that customers are entitled to clear, accurate, and transparent pricing information, and businesses are legally required to avoid false or misleading advertising. Based on my experience, I will be raising this matter with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and I would urge others to double-check 3Dental quotes carefully against what is advertised on their website.

Dr Andrea Uribarri did my implants. She is really excellent and so professional at her work. What I really liked about Dr Andrea is that she did not rush the procedure and took time for my gums to heal after extractions before going ahead with implants. I highly recommend Dr Andrea to anyone considering getting implants.Thank you sincerely to Dr Andrea and all her team.

I haven't been to dentist in years like 9 and was expecting a lot of work to be done but thank God I didn't need much.The dentist (lais) put me at ease with her fantastic friendly manner which made the experience a positive one which I have never experienced before in dentists she took her time to tell me what I'm doing wrong in looking after my teeth so this will carry forward with me every day in looking after my teeth.Im so thankful to the team there as I now have no worries about going back to the dentist and it is money well spent I can't recommend them highly enough thank you for care.

The dentist themself done an amazing job on my teeth it was more the communication with the staff, got my braces and bonding done in 2023, after the braces came off they lost my retainer then lied told me it was being made when the mold had actually been broken I had to wait 1 week, my teeth moved it was a month before my wedding then I complained and they had to put a flex retainer on before my bonding to try and get my teeth straight still weren’t what I wanted but I had no choice but to move on, had the bonding done and was told I didn’t have to pay for retainer or back bar on my teeth for there mistake that’s was fine, now 2025 I rang to make an appointment as one of my bonding broke and was paying for it to be fixed, was told I owe money for retainer and back bar from 2023 that I was told was free because of there mistake and that I couldn’t book in until I paid, I explained the situation, management was suppose to call me back, they didn’t I rang again and no one had a clue about anything no notes on file nothing, spent €6000 if not more and they were the most useless and unhelpful people and still told me I owe money for a mistake they made, I wouldn’t go back if you paid me. Worst dentist communication and only care for money wouldn’t recommend.

I always found going to a dentist nerve wrecking but with 3 dental there are no nerves. Niall puts me straight at ease and answers any questions that I have. I was always insecure about my teeth before coming to 3Dental but after my braces and composite bonding (both done in 3 Dental) I love my smile! Niall gave me my dream smile and I no longer fear going to a dentist appointment.

I've been visiting 3 Dental for a few years now, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank Zoe and Faye on reception for their outstanding service. Have had appointments with 3dental Redcow before and my husband too. He's had zero issues. Gets his scale and polish regularly but they have cancelled mine numerous times no reasons given, yet my husband had appointments and no problems! Last time they offered me a date earlier but I would be in hospital for an operation so told them I can't do that date and girl said ill check for another and call you back because earliest I can see in months away! Heard nothing since that was about 7 weeks ago... shocking service. Won't go back

I saw Dr. Alba Urdaneta for periodontal treatment. She was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I know people may have a bad day but I met her 3 times and she was the same everytime.
After my 3rd visit, I left the clinic feeling terrible and I never went back to complete the treatment as I couldn't deal with her abrupt, rude manner. She could do with taking some lessons in her bedside manner. When you're paying big money for dental treatment, the least I would expect is some kindness.

Lovely staff great service a bit expensive but you pay what you get

Kahei Hernandez is very unprofessional person I've ever encountered in my whole life. I went to 3 dental 2022 hoping that somebody will have the care to reccommend what is the best thing to do for my teeth. Kahei said that we can install the braces. But before installing the braces I've asked him if there is anything I can do first before installing the braces and he said everything looks great, If i am happy to the braces he is willing to do so. It took me 2 years to wear the braces. But after 1 year I have a feeling that something is not right. So I kept asking him about my gums as it was receding and he just said that everything is normal. Fast forward after 2 years of having the braces I found out with the other dentist that I have gum disease, bone loss, and the brace made it even worst. When i confronted him that he didn't anything to me he just said that it wasn't bad 2 years ago. WTF?? It was stressful experience with Kahei. The fact that I was seeing him for adjusting the braces he have no guts to tell me the truth. I went to the wrong person. How can he call himself a dentist??? so please think a million times before going to Kahei Hernandez very unprofessional.
