Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence de location.
Nous avions réservé et prépayé une voiture auprès de 387 Rent a Car, avec tous les documents nécessaires.
À notre arrivée à l’aéroport de Skopje, notre avion avait 20 minutes de retard, le personnel a refusé de nous remettre le véhicule.
Pire encore, ils ont tenté de nous faire payer une nouvelle réservation, à un prix bien plus élevé que celui déjà réglé — une pratique que je considère comme malhonnête et abusive.
Aucune volonté d’arrangement, aucun geste commercial, ni assistance minimale.
Je déconseille fortement cette agence, qui manque totalement de professionnalisme et de respect envers ses clients.

Terrible car rental company
Terrible car rental company — you have to leave such a huge deposit that you could practically buy a car with it. They don’t reply to emails or Viber messages at all — so much for the company’s professionalism. And of course, when you cancel, they don’t refund your money. I have no idea who allows people like this to operate in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina!!!

After reviewing your reservation, we would like to clarify several facts which clearly demonstrate that your claims are inaccurate. The deposit you mentioned was €1,200, while the vehicle you reserved is a 2025 model. The deposit, which is clearly displayed and available at the time of booking, represents less than 5% of the total vehicle value, and in no way constitutes an amount sufficient to purchase the vehicle, as you suggested.
Furthermore, the main reason you did not pick up the vehicle is that you did not read the requirement that a credit card is necessary to collect the vehicle. This condition is clearly stated at the time of booking and is essential for a valid vehicle pickup.
Regarding your claim that we do not respond to emails, this is completely untrue. You received a reply well within the legal timeframe of 8 days, which we can document.
Finally, regarding the refund – the procedure is clearly explained, and your claims that the money is not refunded are false and damaging to our reputation. You also have no evidence to support your assertion, further confirming that these are unfounded and malicious statements.
Such statements, besides being inaccurate, damage the professional reputation of our company and are considered unacceptable and unjustified.

Do not book here - they lie to their clients and steal their money
stay away from them. you cannot say anything good related to this unprofessional company. I waited after my flight with my 3 kids and my wife over 1 hour in the queue outside in the heat. they were handling every client very slowly. a lot of customers were upset I noticed when they came out of the office. when it was my turn it turned out that they had no credit card machine, so they couldnt charge my credit card. they tried it with some alternative method online and I approved it on my app and made a screenshot of it - but they still said it didnt work. also i called my banker in their presence who confirmed that my card was working. after another hour of loosing my time with them and with no result. they said i would get my deposit back. i went next door to another company and booked a more expensive car, because there was no reservation before with the same credit card that worked perfectly well. this company kept the deposit and still refuses to pay me back though i have provided all the proof and evidence.

Don't rent a car from this company. I had to pay €600 for a small dent that I didn't cause. You can either pay for their insurance or get ripped off.

Let’s clarify the facts: your experience does not reflect the reality of our services. We operate transparently, with clear terms for deposits, vehicle pickups, and refunds – all of which are fully documented and communicated. Your attempts to portray us as “criminals” and “liars” are not only unfounded, they are defaming our company without evidence.

My experience overall was positive despite some dissatisfaction, which was resolved by the excellent service of Suliamn at drop-off. Suliman was very helpful, enthusiastic and fun to deal with. He went beyond my expectations in offering me a ride after drop-off at late night...
Likewise, Muhamed's service was relatively good... Overall, great value for money, and most importantly, I appreciate the honesty of 387 in not fabricating false claims for damages, as do some of its competitors. I recommend 387 rent a Car with confidence...

Avis sur 387 Rent a Car – Aéroport de Sarajevo
Avant même mon départ, j’avais lu un avis négatif sur cette agence, et malheureusement mon expérience a été presque identique.
Mon vol a eu plusieurs heures de retard. J’ai prévenu l’agence dès le matin, mais à mon arrivée vers 16h30, l’agent m’a reçu de manière désagréable et a immédiatement cherché à me mettre en difficulté :
• impossibilité (selon lui) de bloquer la caution sur ma carte bancaire
• refus de me donner la voiture réservée (Mercedes Classe B) en prétextant mon retard,
• proposition d’un modèle inférieur, sauf si je payais un supplément 25€ pour obtenir un véhicule équivalent. Alors que j’ai déjà payé ma location pour la semaine.
Tout était fait pour me soutirer de l’argent supplémentaire. Fatiguée par mon vol et désemparée, j’ai préféré renoncer et me tourner vers une autre agence voisine, beaucoup plus honnête et professionnelle.

According to our clearly defined rental terms, the main driver must possess a credit card in their own name. Unfortunately, this requirement was not met in your case, which prevented us from handing over the vehicle.
Furthermore, the standard grace period for vehicle pick-up is 59 minutes, while you arrived nearly 6 hours after the scheduled time. Beyond this period, we are neither legally nor contractually obligated to provide the vehicle.
All of these conditions are clearly outlined in the rental terms, which must be reviewed prior to vehicle collection. Therefore, we consider your negative review to be irrelevant to the quality of our service, as the issue was not caused by us but by the failure to comply with the rental agreement.

Worst Company I Have Ever Seen
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst rental car company I have ever dealt with. If you don’t buy their overpriced insurance, they will scam you for every little scratch they can find. Even the smallest marks, which were probably there before, will cost you a ridiculous amount of money. It feels like their entire business model is based on ripping off customers who refuse their insurance. Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

The vehicle is always inspected in the presence of the client, and we also recommend making a personal video recording for added security.
Claims of “scamming” or “unjust charges” are not accurate. Every client is responsible for the vehicle during the rental, and in this case, we acted strictly in accordance with the agreed terms. We value feedback, but we want to emphasize that the process was completely transparent and fair.

Ich habe ein Auto über Booking gebucht MIT einer Versicherung (RentalCover). Vor Ort wollten sie 1200€ Kaution oder mir noch eine Versicherung andrehen für 280€. WAS EINE FRECHHEIT!! Er sagte das die Versicherung von Booking für nichts sei.
Anschliessend bin ich zu einem anderen Anbieter und konnte Problemlos für nur 80€ ein Auto mieten.
BUCHT AUF KEINEN FALL ONLINE FÜR SKOPJE FLUGHAFEN! GEHT ZU DEN ANDEREN ANBIETERN WIE HERTZ, GOLDCAR usw..

We would like to clarify that you purchased third-party insurance (RentalCover) through Booking, which is not connected to our rental service. Regardless of any external insurance, a security deposit is always required in order to release the vehicle. The deposit amount is clearly stated at the time of booking and must be provided.
No one told you that your insurance was invalid – it was only explained that even with third-party coverage, the deposit requirement remains. Everything was communicated transparently, and the procedure is in full accordance with the terms you agreed to.
Claims that we are “rude” or attempting to “scam customers” are not accurate. We acted professionally and fairly, and the deposit is a standard procedure that protects both you and the vehicle.

Total scam!!! they send fake payment link to pay deposit wich does not work and tell you your credit card does not work. So you have to pay their insurance package otherwise you dont get a car! Not to be trusted!!!

At the time of pick-up, it was clearly explained to you, both verbally and in writing, that the client is responsible for any new damages occurring during the rental period.
In line with this, the damages were charged from the security deposit, strictly in accordance with the rental agreement signed by both parties and under the terms and conditions you accepted.
