I agree in the biggening. i face issue. but they truly give their best to resolve my issue. so i have cancel my dispute and happily using the service.

I think most of the positive reviews here are fake. They sold to me a defective Static Residential proxy and sent bogus tutorials that do not work because their proxy is fake.
They have very slow customer support that take more than 12 hours to reply. Customer support provides only bare minimum support. Their client-side website and dashboard is just a html page that seems like it was created by a pre-schooler. Avoid 360proxy.com at all costs or learn the hard way.

Now they're doing damage repair by telling me that all their staff are on vacation and that's why they're not replying to customers' queries. They requested for a complete extraction configuration operation video, which I sent to them more than 24 hours ago and not fixed my issue at all. They claim that Static residential proxies may be affected by fluctuations in my network, thus affecting connection performance, but there is NO connection to their proxies at all. Connection to their Static Residential proxies is not just poor, it is NON-EXISTENT!

This clearly shows that 360proxy is just a mom and pop business that's very unprofessional. What type of company just sends all their staff on vacation (in April) and offers zero customer service. 360PROXY sell defective proxies and only care about fake positive reviews. Avoid 360proxy at all costs!!

I have tried multiple methods but all in vain, even the cheapest proxy in the market Tisocks is twice better than yours.
The sticky ip gets dead most of the times even before openeing. When selecting a specific country the proxy Ip is continously repeating and the sticky ip function is also not working. Some proxies after opening gives error while opening any website or searching something.
I requested refund for my remaining package but they didn't.

Port forwarding doesn't work 50% of the time and you will waste allot of credits. Sometimes proxies work for 10 minutes then they stop. I havent had a working proxy in days and wasted tons of credits. Customer service doesn't care and they dont try too hard to help. If you have a problem, good luck, you are on your own. I think these are fake reviews.

i think its good, with cheapest price, i have story to find the best residental proxy with lower price, and i found this 360proxy is more best for another site with similar price
