Very bad Service Recently I have Got.. Last 5 months I use Cherry , but recently I faced Scam.. I recharge 5GB for my work, I paid them Every time Crypto and Last 20 Dec 2025 At 10:31:40 UST I paid them 0.0049BNB from my Binance (Transaction ID: 0x9972880fbf399ee18bb455f173e325cd2ad69fee707d480b2a4b39ee2e01bfbd)And Successful , but did not add my GBs on my Account. My Account ID on Cherry : 98756940
I try to reach them on mail , WhatsApp But They don't responce. After A They Send me Hi and Asked hash Id Which I Already gave them on their WhatsApp .. And I again Tag them . After Then They Did not Seen my Text till now.. No Responce.. They made Scam With me.. Avoid Cherry I think They are now try to scam.. And So Bad Support Service..

Seldom do I, if ever, write reviews, but for this, I'll make an exception. I have never had an awful experience like the one I'm having with Cherry Proxies. Their socks 5 proxies are the poorest in the market. They won't last long before expiration, and some won't even work. Their customer support team replies to queries after several days.

Scam!! Stay Away From Them!!!?
Don't you ever think of buying a Proxy from this shitty website. I've never dropped a review on Trustpilot before, but trust me, this site is a scam. They will give you a VPN and claimed it's a Residential Proxy. If you reach out for a change, the support will keep on saying same thing asking for the type you want, over and over again without giving you any solution. I will make sure I report all their service everywhere! No one should deal with a such useless platform.

They have poor customer support ever late replies and a lot of excuses and un professional one`s specifically without any help. I purchased there proxy using trc20 untill now they have not recharged my account, customer support keeping saying send proof, untill now am tired. They are red flag avoid them if possible

The official response will likely consist of some excuses or promotional campaigns, but don't be deceived. I made a payment with cryptocurrency and used their proxy service, but it didn't work. I sent an email inquiry about this fact, but I never received a response. I recommend using credit card payment since chargebacks are possible. However, as this is not a reputable company, I must say that even credit card payments are risky.
I've sent an email to support, but they haven't responded in over 10 days. That's the answer.
