Fraudulent payment
I canceled account end of February. I have called and emailed for a refund, still have not received resolution. On top of that my debit card was locked..so payment of 138.00 was taken ,this is an unauthorized payment.

Canceled service made easy
Canceled service. Agent offered other options but I chose to cancel because I was not using the enough at this time.
Agent was helpful and appreciated the business. He quickly canceled the service after I missed the auto renewal date. Very trustworthy and ethical practice. I will use 360 Legal Forms again when needed

Great customer service!
Considered using this service to obtain a legal template. We ended up not needing it and I forgot to cancel the trial subscription, but the company was great about handling the situation and reversing some of the charges. Based on this positive interaction, I would definitely use them in the future if I had the need.
