I made a reservation with them paid in full, only to be told a week to my booking the accommodation has been cancelled and offered another with no central heating in winter. The worst experience I have encountered, I do not recommend the place if they cannot spell your name.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the unforeseen circumstances of your original booking. Unfortunately, due to this, the property you initially reserved became unavailable.
As soon as this occurred, we offered an alternative accommodation, which featured electric heaters and a gas fire in the lounge to ensure comfort. We completely understand that this may not have met your expectations, and when you chose not to proceed, we promptly arranged for a full refund through Booking.com. This refund is currently being processed by the platform.
Regarding the spelling of your name, all correspondence was addressed exactly as it appeared on the Booking.com reservation. It appears the booking platform displayed your surname first, but please rest assured that all spellings used were correct and based on the details we received.
We do regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate your understanding of the situation.

Problems do happen but this was resolved very efficiently
Had a phone call to say my reservation was going to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The lady Ruby, was very apologetic. I was offered three other caravans for the same dates all upgrades to my chosen one. I picked one and booked it effortlessly and they gave me complimentary early access and late departure. Wonderful company and Ruby was a star as I asked a few questions and she answered straight away. Will be using again

Fantastic Service
I have booked with 2cholidays on several occasions and always had a great experience. Booking online is easy, great communication with the staff and easy check in on arrival. The loyalty scheme is brilliant too. Can highly recommend 2cholidays.

Hopton for October half term
We stayed at Hopton for October half term. Paid extra for early checkin / checkout and for our dog. Had a lovely stay. Better heating than the older caravans. Bed comfy. Plenty to do on site. Tried the Segway, pool and mini golf. Thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday. Thank you 2c.

Spent 4 nights at Broadlands park
Spent 4 nights at Broadlands park, very nice setting right on the Marina with an indoor pool and a lovely dog friendly bar / restaurant, accommodation was small but adequate and quite modern, lovely place for walking and just relaxing.

Highly recommended and quality accommodation
We've used 2cholidays several times now to book caravan holidays in various places. The standard of caravan is described accurately on the website. The customer service team are excellent and if assistance is needed they are on hand to help. We trust them, and have had lovely long and short breaks booked via them.

Not fit for human habitation
We have had two nights at the caravan and as stated in the conversation we were totally let down. We expected a warm and clean stay. Firstly and most importantly the heating was not working. A cold night after a long drive and we were trying to contact people after normal working hours as it got dark. We contacted your help desk who liaised with the on site team who did their best but had no spare bottles of gas. It transpired, as you will know that the gas bottles were both empty and nothing was done until the following day. The caravan was damp and smelled very unpleasant. It obviously had not been cleaned for ages as there are empty snack packets in the wardrobes and under the seating. Things felt sticky to the touch. One of the pillows had blood stains on it. There was no toilet paper or even a plug in the wash basin. There were crumbs all over the seating where we slept as the bedrooms were so cold. The staff at the bar lent us a heater and gave us tea and coffee for which we were very grateful. We had to go to the funeral of our cousin, not having even being able to have a proper wash, never mind a shower. There were no bins or waste bags in the caravan either. I would strongly suggest that you do not hire this caravan to anyone else until it has been cleaned and fitted out to a minimum standard civilized people would expect. The icing on the cake was the derisory compensation of £30 of which we were supposed to be grateful. In our complaint we only reported provable facts as we didn't want you to think we were exaggerating so we failed to report that my wife was bitten by a flea which escaped and could not be photographed.

Really easy to book and super customer service
Really easy to book and the customer service team was very supportive. On our arrival we had problem starting the boiler but Luke from the 2cHolidays team was quick on the case and the issue was resolved very quickly. Thank you and highly recommend 2cHolidays
