March 2026 just won a giveaway on their Facebook page which Is amazing. I called during opening times and Alisha was very helpful. Sent me the information, I chose my dates and got booked in right away. Great customer service. We are Really looking foward to our stay. Such a great thing to win. Thank you.

California Cliffs, Great Yarmouth. Nice caravan, clean and well maintained.Had everything we could need for a short break. Advertised as 6 berth but it would be very cramped if full., ideal for the 2 of us and our small dog. Close to the beach, nice pub just down the road. As it was February the rest of the park was closed and opens in March. The park looks clean and tidy but parking could be a nightmare as you can’t park on the grass by the caravan and there are very few parking areas. We were lucky that the pitch next to our caravan was vacant so we parked on the caravans hard standing.

Easy to book,kept up to date with emails.Beautiful caravan,2nd time we have used it.Contact number given in case of problems.Will definitely use again

The staff at 2c were exceptionally helpful with a few issues we encountered. So friendly and accessible. The caravan we stayed in however was very dirty. The lounge area carpet was covered in thick black dog hair mud stains on sofa and cushions. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean however. Fantastic location and amenities. Would definitely use the company again but would suggest thorough inspection of cleanliness

Easy booking, clear communication, I always book with them and any problems have always been quickly resolved. Had a beautiful long weekend at Azure Seas and can’t wait to return!

We’ve used 2C holidays on a few occasions. We book through Airbnb.
Their accommodation ads are always accurate, the accommodation has always been great- very clean, equipped with everything you’ll need (minus duvet covers and towels which you provide yourself).
Communication is also very good.
Absolutely perfect and will always be my go to company to book through as I know what I’m getting.

The warm friendly greeting we got when we approached 2C holidays to put our caravan on their website for rental. To date things have been dealt with in a very professional manner by Chris and Alex and we are looking forward to building a strong relationship with them over time.

I’ve been booking with 2C holidays for my UK caravan trips for about 6 years now and I wouldn’t even consider using another company…
All the staff that I have dealt with have been, professional, polite, courteous, helpful and informative.

I telephoned to cancel my holiday due to the very sudden death of my husband. I was obviously very upset and distressed but I wanted to cancel it to give them plenty (5 months) of time to be able to book the caravan out to someone else. I was told by the operator that I ‘would forfit any monies already paid and so no refunds would be given ’. I found this to be cold hearted and uncaring as I had just told them that my husband had died. I didn’t telephone them for this reason, I just wanted to give them the chance to advertise the caravan as available for those dates once again. I have been left extremely upset by the way I have been treated and the complete lack of care from 2c holidays is disgusting. We had booked many holidays with them before and so I would have liked to think that we were valuable customers. Obviously not, as all they were concerned about was telling me that I would not get a refund, due to my cancellation. I have also had to cancel another holiday with another operator (Newmans holidays) and their reaction was completely different. They instantly said that I would be refunded my money and the fact that they took the time to email me later to send their heartfelt condolences was amazing. Well done Newmans holidays, you are amazing. It’s just a shame that 2c holidays are cold hearted and unfriendly. In these circumstances I would have expected more from 2c holidays. I will not be booking with these again. What a complete disappointed in my time of sorrow.

Have used 2c holidays for almost 6 years. I book between 10 and 15 caravans a year. I have never had an issue they didn't resolve quickly. I've had shower leaks, wrong passcode on caravan, no heating and i damaged a tv. I will continue to use and have one booked for week after next!

I had a problem using the internet site so I rang them and a lovely man named will who was very helpful and sorted the booking out and now I have a holiday to look forward to so thanks will and the team

I have now used 2c on quite a few occasions. They are simply brilliant.

Everything from start to finish is so simple. Checking in is always an absolute breeze and the support while in your accommodation is excellent.

They are friendly in all messages and a delight to interact with.

Whenever I book on another platform (won’t say otherwise review will be removed) I now purposely look for 2c reservations.

I’m a typical middle age man who books very last minute, sometimes even same day. The system they use fills me with confidence and I am never let down by them or their team.

I can not wait to use again and again. Although their properties are so delightful trying to convince my wife we not need our own holiday home, is getting harder and harder. I guess if I do buy one I know where I’m coming to let it

Excellent service always, have booked 3 times using 2c holidays and everytime is Excellent, location always exactly as described and self checkin is so simple and convenient and all information needed is given clearly and plenty in advance. Highly recommend

2C Holidays have rented out our caravan for the past three years and all bar one guest has given us good to great reviews. This is due to their excellent customer service. We have had the occasional problem but 2C Holidays have always been quick to respond with the guests. As an owner any issues there may be they have always informed us, dealt with the problem efficiently and quickly. No question is too small or big to ask. Chris, Alex and the rest of the team are very friendly and very helpful. Here’s to another successful year.

We booked for sunny hunny w end. Caravan was spotless and just what we needed . Only gave 4star as 1st night there we had no gas ☹️ freezing cold ,no shower etc...but 1st thing saturday morning spoke to Mellissa who was so helpfull + had 2 full gas bottles fitted withing 30mins .. this has not put us off rebooking for 2026 ..Great customer service and sometimes these things happen ... if not would be 5stars 👍

Lovely clean lodge on Manor Park Hunstanton. There was an issue with the boiler the second night but was very quickly dealt with. Couldn’t fault this place.

I have used 2cholidays twice the first time around was faultless great accommodation great customer service. The second time of booking there has been an unfortunate lodge issue and no longer able to accomadate. However I was contacted by Ruby who was very apologetic and very helpful in sourcing a new lodge making it a simple yes or no situation for us altho it was a lower grade caravan due to availability the price was also adjusted to the current discount price so all in all a very fair well managed scenario with a complimentary early check in and late check out. Thanks again Ruby
