At first I was so frustrated that the devices are not working. I contacted the customer support and they offered me a Google meeting. Then the problem was on how I set it up it was wrong. Good thing they are offering meetings. They are very hands on with the customer and they make sure the devices are wroking properly until thje end of the meeting.

Poor quality fails advertise , they steal your money and have no explanation to give you a refund 0/10 bunch of scams behind a screen
Nothing works at all

I was initially concerned about this product. But right after I got it, and I didn't know how to use it, I reached out to their support. They offered me a Google Meet option, and the issue was resolved. Just that, I didn't buy the router. So, I'm just using my phone's hotspot.
Overall, great product. But the service was good thing

I just bought the mini camera and ear piece, which they delivered to Africa via DHL. I couldn't navigate using the 2, so they suggested a Google Meet for a show-and-tell. I am very satisfied now. They are very good people and very professional.

It's really under-rated, you might feel it's sus like others because they got no much reviews "they deserve more than 5stars" but it's not at alllll, it's the original brand for the calculator and they sell other stuff too. I had a long experience with them, My country didn't allow me to receive the calc, and they fixed this long issue and was really friendly! I just received it. their customer service isn't really a fast-reply because ig they have a small team, but at the end they are trust worthy!
