Mark and his brother were fantastic. Had a broken sash window and needed the glass replaced. Mark got back to me almost immediately with a quote and the price came under the other handful of quotes I’d received. The process literally took 30 mins. Very pleased with the results. The window looks perfect. 100% would recommend and will use these guys again.

The glass in my front door was smashed and, after a very short amount of time, Mark got back to me and we arranged a next-day appointment. Mark arrived on time with a brilliant selection of glass. I chose something located right at the back of his van, meaning he had to move huge sheets of glass, however he didn’t complain or make a fuss! Arriving with his assistant, mark took huge pride in removing old wood from the door frame and replacing it with putty. Once the putty is dry, I will paint it and the door will look amazing.
At the end of the installation, his assistant asked for my hoover, and immediately cleaned up all glass - every single spec. Mark gave me easy-to-follow instructions on how to let the putty dry etc and the door is now warmer, more airtight than before. I highly recommend Mark, his service and manner is exemplary.

My window was fixed very quickly and professionally, they cleared up afterwards and I was very happy with the reasonable price and the job done.

We had our glass door replaced. They were quite fast and efficient initially however we quickly realised that the job that had been carried out was extremely poor. The quality of the glass used is very thin and allows cold air to come through. It forms condensation (it is the only door panel that does) every morning and every evening. When I asked Mark to replace it, he ignored my messages for a long time. He even tu ally came and replaced the door but it’s the same poor quality as the last one. I would not use his company again. It is a waste of money.
