I highly recommend Mark. He comes quickly, takes pride in his work AND takes initiative: he checked all my other windows & doors before leaving.

Mark was the THIRD window specialist to try & fix my tilt & turn window. He was the only one to - FINALLY - solve the problem by finding the root cause!!

I live in a high-rise flat. Mark has vertigo, and still managed to stop my window from getting stuck in open position. He is a gem.

I needed some glass replaced in my front door and I sent photos to Mark via the WhatsApp link on the website. He responded promptly with a quote that undercut any of the quotes I had received from other companies. He was friendly and polite and communication was on point from the time I made initial contact to the time the job was completed. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use him again.

Third time of using this company over several years. Once again, a 5 🌟 review. Receptionists organised a visit and Drew came out same day. French doors ordered and within a couple of weeks they were being fitted. Greig and Josh were on time, very respectful and tidied up after themselves. We wouldn’t have known they were here.
