DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Be aware you will be signing up for a LOAN. A loan that you CANNOT get out of.
My son was 18 when he signed up for this course without us knowing. He was lied to and had extreme high pressure selling techniques used to get him to sign. It has cost us over £5000 and he received zero in return. He suffered terribly with his mental health due to this and has caused our family heartache and money problems.
You will NEVER become an electrician, plumber, etc through this company as they do no do the necessary qualifications.
Please don't fall for their sales techniques.

Is there a no star????? One of the worst training companies ever!!! a complete con. They deceive you into signing a contract without any opportunity to read the contract before signing. There are no indications from the sales person that there is a restriction written very far down in the contract. They are aggressive on the phone, belittling, rude, arrogant and condescending. All they want you to do is sign into a finance agreement without delivering the goods. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, they're all lies......

The salesman told me there was no time limit and that I could complete the course at my own pace, which is why I signed up in the first place. However, after looking into the company further, I realized it was all a scheme to get people to sign up for a 0% interest loan.

At first, I dismissed it as just a few people struggling to complete the course. But after coming across multiple forums, articles, and a Trustpilot page questioning their legitimacy, I started to have doubts. When I confronted them, they responded aggressively.

Further investigation revealed that ERR Ltd, the finance companies, and 24/7 Training UK are all connected, and their directors—including Jan Telensky—have been involved in this scheme since the early 2000s.

As I'm seeing with others. no more contact available. can access the online study material, but phone number no longer valid, emails not sending and the contact us link is a dead end. £8000 spent and only managed to get my level 2 electrical qualification. they have been shocking since day 1

Seems I’ve also been scammed. Bang on 36 months and I’ve been kicked out of my student portal.

They advised me there is no time limit. What utter BS!

They send the study material on time I’ll give them that but overall they do not help.

I was doing this course under the premise that I can do it at my own pace and becoming an electrician was a total new career for me.

So are they 100% a scam? If so , how do you get you money back?

As with most people I've not had a great experience with 247 Training, however I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt until I've found today that I can not access any of their websites (except my student portal, for now) in order to contact them... Do they exist anymore? Can anyone give me contact number?

Does anyone got help in this! ?? This joke cost me 9k and I have no where to call or get help.

Worst choice of my life, I was sold a level 2 and 3 electrical installer course with a debt of £7,500, everything was text book learning for a practical job. And had a so called tutor team where each time you called they either had no clue or the tonality was like a NHS surgery receptionist. I am still paying for this loan through Scott's finance. They didn't even reach out when I requested a Call back. If your gonna do something to it through college avoid this agency at allcosts

I’ve almost finished paying £7000 and got absolutely nowhere with this course. I feel like I’ve been robbed in broad daylight. Surely there’s something we can do to get our money back.

The way this is ran is shocking. There is something certainly off with the aims of this company and it seems rather shady.
Making contact with the college is almost impossible.
I wouldn't recommend doing a course under any circumstances.

Let form a Watsup group and take them to court…l have paid over £7000 and l am not getting anywhere on the course…l have passed all the test books they gave to me l can book any practical because of that stupid health and safety pre practical exam which u can’t pass

I'm wanting to know if anyone has had any success getting money back. My son paid £7k for a electricians course. He could not pass the first element (A Level Maths & Physics student) so never got to the next stage. NO support, no contact from his tutor etc etc. 4 years on he's almost finished paying his finance agreement but it feels completely illegal to me and I don't understand why this is allowed to happen.....

I’ve been working my way through the electrical course, and enjoying it, I’m finding the course educational and looking forward to starting in centre training.

scam company!

I took out a plumbing course to be told the course can be done in my own time. This was a false and miss selling promise. After 36 months they told me I have exceeded the time to complete the course even though in my contract it says ‘normally’ 36 months and due to this I have to pay £400 more to carry on the course.

I have spent 8k on this course for nothing! I am currently in touch with the small claims courts and I am also in touch with the ombudsman.

hopefully I can get something back from them this way because the staff there don’t care.

I’m making people aware now! Do not apply for a course with this company! They lead you on for 3 years and say the course normally takes 36months. But beware after 36months they want more money..

They do not give you a qualification, they ask for more money all the time!

I signed up for the plumbing course 3 years ago, unfortunately I had a few life events happen to me that resulted in me being unable to start or finish the course. They took over £5500 off me and when I asked them to be considerate of this and refund my money. They refused stating legal contracts. They could help me out but just took the money and hid behind the legal side. Not a considerate or helpful company to train with. Would not recommend

absolutely shambolic of a company , make you take out a 4 year loan and say the course is spread over 4 years, this week marks 3 years and i have been logged out of the website and when i called customer services they have said i need to ask for a extension and pay more money... WHY WOULD I PAY MORE WHEN IM STILL PAYING £180PM TO DO THE COURSE.. MY ADVICE IS STAY WELL CLEAR. GO DIRECT WITH A COLLAGE.

Hello I am also another person that has been scammed was mis sold the Renewable Energy course for 3 years was told that was the length of my payment but I would be able to have as much time as possible to complete the course they have now cut off my services and the training and online classroom was terrible for learning everything the company was 24/7 training uk. “DO NOT USE THIS” Company at all it’s a TOTAL Scam and the loan companies hold the noose to hang you owing the credit loan taken out.
What I noticed from the loan companies everyone has put up is that they are all registered at the same address, other companies are all based and registered at Pacific House Fletcher Way Parkhouse Carlisle CA3 0LJ..... all of these are scam companies anyone else have a loan company registered here don't pay the money as ur literally stuck trying to find a solicitor to take my case as this is ridiculous that so many people have been scammed and checking on their website on gov they have made over 7.000.000 by people debts since 2020 I joined in 2021.... so stressed about not getting my new chance at a career to help my life now wasted 3 years and 7500 for absolutely nothing.please enquire on action fraud.
