Do not use this company, it's a proper rip off. They charged a fortune was late on arrival, couldn't understand a word he said and felt intimidated in my home. TOTALLY AVOID.

Do not use this company. Complete exploitation. Charged me £289 after looking at my hot water tank and telling me I needed a new one. Took him all of 5mins. What a rip off

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Told me one price on the phone for callout and after visit was charged more!! Ommited VAT detail on purpose! Avoid at all costs!!

Beyond woeful!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Quite frankly one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made! I called this tel no. 020 4586 9346 in total faith on the basis that this company would be (I) professional, (II) transparent and (III) legitimate on their terms.
However, (sadly) I was deeply wrong and suffered the consequences.
Please avoid like the plague and prevent yourself from being sold a series of falsities/misinformation about their pricing model and work assurance etc.
