Awful service, scam. Called to ask if someone could come and take a look at our shower, they said they would get in touch. Had a knock on the door at 8pm at night without any prior confirmation, for a man to say after 5 minutes we need a new shower. Then demanded we pay £50 call out fee and £90 diagnostic charge. Demanded we pay cash or bank transfer immediately. Never use!

Disgraceful service, not even a service $1000.00 to do absolutely nothing, never never use this company you will be handing over your hard earned for nothing but a fake report

RIP off merchants, quoted £350 for an hours work which was tough to swallow but needed doing. Ended up billing £900 after call out and materials and 1 1/2 hours “work” which mainly entailed going back to the van 10 times

Avoid at all costs dodgy tradesman who prey on vulnerable people.
My 92 year old mother thought she had rang the council as her heating had gone off.
This company turned up ,were there for 20 mins and stated the bill was £400 , no parts even fitted!
When I checked my mothers banking they actually charged £ 567 ! I have rang them number numerous times asking what work has been carried out and I've been promised the report would be emailed to me, surprisingly nothing has arrived.

These are conman who can't be trusted and rip off old vulnerable people.im hoping the police and trading standards catch up with these crooks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We made a call out for plumber to come and look at our boiler and were advised it would be be £49 for the call out fee, which we agreed to. The plumber came and spent in total 30 minutes maximum, he managed to fix the problem but didn't seem to do much labour or replace any parts. At no point were we advised how much it would cost. The website clearly states that an estimate will be given before repair commences. This did not happen. After he fixed the problem the company said the cost would be £349!!!!!!! Never was this quoted as I would have said no to the work and just paid the call out fee. I spoke to the lady at the company headquarters and she was extremely rude, constantly talking over me and just kept saying you need to pay. She was not listening to me and kept saying we needed to pay £349! She said she spoke to her manager and said we could pay £300??? When I asked to speak to the manager she said I couldn't speak to the manager!? Anyway do not use this company, they are total cowboys who will tell you that their prices are reasonable and they are transparent. All lies!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Bunch of conmen. Guarantee call out in 90 mins and it takes 3 hours!!! Unbelievably expensive and take it up front. I only used them as I desperately needed a job done as I have a severely disabled partner.
Don't complain or you will be subjected to a stream of abuse as I have just been.
Ignore like the plague!!

They were contacted about a job, sub contracted the job and then had a invoice generated by a third party for work not completed satisfactorily. Not interested in fixing the job, promised to investigate . . . Still waiting ! Cowboys avoid at all cost. Extremly expensive.

Did not provide quote. Cost was 5 times than current average service price. Had to ask 4 times to get an invoice. No response when asking to review my invoice. Scam artists.

They did come out quickly although it was a Monday, I had a stop tap that had corroded and water was pouring outside the house in an overflow. He was at the house for 2 hours and the charge was £370! I wouldn’t use them unless you’re desperate. The plumber was good and polite but just an expensive service as you pay for the response team and the admin team.

Totally ripping people off. £95 call out fee, then ask for receipt and suddenly it becomes £114! That’s without them even attempting to look at the problem! Total rip off!!! Would not use again, would not recommend. Also once someone comes it becomes apparent that they’re scamming people, as not only do the company names keep changing but the engineer themselves also don’t seem to know the company names because they’re so many different names in the one call out. Insane.

First class treatment, worker polite couldn't ask for anything more

Avoid!!! They went out and did 10 minutes work for my disabled mother, have then demanded over £200 for said work and have told her she needed to pay within an hour, demanded cash/bank transfer as they said their credit card machine wasn't working. She missed a few calls and they then came round banging on door and harassing her demanding money with no invoice. Have advised her to call the police if they turn up again.

Emergency 24/7 Plumbing is the plumbing company you should hire to help you fix any leaks or burst pipes. They quickly came when I called for help and were there in a few minutes. The technician handled the situation very professionally and quickly resolved the issue.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS (If you can even call it that!) Charged a £75 callout fee before they would even book a plumber then the plumber contacted me asking for £350 upfront without even coming to the callout so we cancelled and they refused to refund the callout fee when it is not stayed anywhere that it is non refundable and they didn't attend the callout anyway so they have charged for a service they did not even provide. Gave me an email address which has not responded to any of my emails requesting my money back. Total scam artists. Pity anyone that is desperate enough to use them to do a job.

Wow, extortion, in a panic chose these from Google. Nobody local could come. Paid £100 to get them to come out the told it would cost £275 if they could fix it, £175 if they couldn't. I expected the £100 to be part payment of this balance. Engineer arrived when I was told, and partly assisted, he isolated the issue and tried to repair it. He couldn't and then told me I had to pay £175 for the pleasure. I spoke to someone in his office, and abruptly told no its an additional £175. Disgruntled I paid it. We were told they'd contact us next day about sorting it out. Not heard a thing. Tried contacting them, not a chance, glad they didn't answer. Got someone out to repair the part of the boiler that was faulty, turns out the oart has disappeared, don't want to point fingers but the last person to touch it was the £275 call out engineer. Fuming, and funnily enough they still won't answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Like all the other reviews say, it's a scam. Taking advantage of people in an emergency situation they charge £175 for someone to come out and then ask for a further £595 before they will actually come out and say they might not be able to repair it. Stupidity paid the initial fee and will be disputing this!!!
